Got a question... Yes there is a safe Dukan Diet if you wacch wath you eat? Hoping for any answer. 2nd question I got is.. OMG!!! This is fantastic!!!! I am having a hard time waiting for it to cool off..

It reminds me of Banana's Foster dessert..

1 Chocolate Chip Scone.

Tsp. Cinnamon.

2 pkts Splenda.

Banana sliced or cubed.

C. Egg Beaters.

C. Low fat milk.

2 tbsp. SF Torani Caramel syrup (1 if you like it less sweet).

Tsp Vanilla Extract.

Preheat oven to 350..

Spray a 2 cup oven safe dish with pam, finely crumble the Chocolate Chip scone into the dish. Sprinkle the cinnamon and Splenda over the scone. Add banana. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well and let scone absorb the liquid for a few minutes. Mix again and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Can be used as a breakfast entre or dessert..

Makes a complete breakfast. I Dukan Diet entre + 1 dairy/protein + fruit..

265 calories 5.1 fat 14.1 protein 7.5 fiber 41.8 carbs.

You could also use apple scone!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

Let me know how you liked it. I had while it was still warm and it was just great. I am going to try it with the cranberry orange pastry with vanilla & dried cranberries or maybe the lemon poppy seed muffins with lemon extract. I will post those if they come out really good...

It was sure good! I also added 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar Splenda sprinkled on top before baking for a little more of the Foster taste..

I will be interested in how it works with the cranberry pastry, because I tried the pastry when it first came out and haven't ordered it since, but I received a free week (after 4 years of ordering! Nice surprise!) and of course received all stuff that I never order, so I'll be looking for ideas!!!..

I made this today with lemon poppy seed muffins and it was simply good..

I used the following & bake at 350 for 30 minutes:.

1 Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin crumbled.

1 tsp Splenda for baking.

1/4 C. Egg Beaters.

1/4 C. Low fat milk.

1/2 tsp Lemon Extract.

1/4 tsp Almond Extract.

I was going to use fruit but didn't know what to put with lemon. I just sprinkled a tiny bit of splenda on top. It didn't need anything else, it reminded me of lemon bundt cake. YUM!!.

Sorry no pic too busy today..

Tomorrow I am making one with the cranberry orange pastry with dried cranberries in it. I bought lemon, strawberry, vanilla & almond extract. I think maybe vanilla & almond in that one...
