My question is Would Verisign SSL protect against cross-site scripting? Looking forward for any comment. Another question... Ok, I set up a test folder on my server so I can make any changes on the test Verisign site before rolling them out to the live page. They use the same database (I basically just copied the working folder to a seperate folder name)..

The problem comes when I try to log into the admin side of the test site, I get:.

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061) in D:\home\salleboise.com\wwwroot\store2\admin\includes\functions\database.php on line 19.

Unable to connect to database server!.

I works fine on the live site, just not the test..

What do I need to do so I can get to the admin side of things on the test site?..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably can answer it..

It seems to. You can see it at www.salleboise.com/store2/..

Compare your database connection info in your includes>configure.php and admin>include>configure.php to see if you have missed typed anything.

Just check the last section 'Database Connection'.

I will check, but I didn't change anything in the files, I just renamed the folder to /store2..

That would do it!.

Change the admin in your admin / includes / configure.php to store2.

That is if it's the admin folder you changed and not the catalog..
