Here is a recipe I had copied from the boards sometime ago (sorry I didn't note the OP's name.
) - but it is good using the dry cererals.
Apple Crisp for breakfast.
1 small apple chopped.
2 spackets of splenda.
Cinnamon to taste.
Toss together and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on high. Stir and then cook another 1-2 minutes (depending on how crisp you like your apples)..
Stir in 1 packet of the low fat granola cereal and let stand for 1-2 minutes. Eat with a dairy/protein serving of your choice and enjoy !.
1 Nutri System Breakfast Item.
1 Dairy or Protein (your choice).
I have used different cereals and different fruits - even canned splenda sweetened peached which don't need to be pre-cooked - and it has always turned out very tasty -.

I stick to the granola now - mixed with FF yogurt and fruit, but I used to do the same thing with the other cereals. They are all pretty yummy mixed inot yogurt and there's no fuss or need to cook...
So True ! - It has been so long since I have wanted a cold breakfast I had forgotten about that - skipping the milk and just mixing any of the cereal into various flavors of FF yogurt with added fruit does make a very nice crunchy, creamy, filling tasty breakfast !..
I have started taking pictures of my Dukan Diet meals just so new people can see the ways we fix up our food to satisfy us! I took one of the granola and yogurt over fruit, and look! Mmmmmmm...
