1 Dukan Diet Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes with Broccoli.
1 T chopped onion.
1 T dill relish.
2 T fat-free mayonnaise.
1 T yellow mustard.
1 boiled egg.
1 T chopped celery.
1. Prepare potatoes as directed on the package and let set while preparing other ingredients.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and then add the potatoes..
Note from Jonie: I love warm potato salad, so I eat it that way, but you can prepare it ahead of time and chill it, too...

1 NutriSystem Cheese Homestyle Potatoes.
1 Tbs. minced onion.
Cup shredded zucchini.
1 oz. ham, cut up very small.
1 Tbs. egg substitute.
Add the water to the Homestyle Potatoes, according to the package directions..
Mix in all the rest of the ingredients..
Drop by spoonfuls into a hot skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray..
Cook several minutes until browned..
Turn and cook until the other side is browned...
I make a "special brunch lunch" with it...make the potatoes, shape into a patty, spray a fry pan with PAM and brown the patty on both sides, basically making a hash brown pancake..
Saute 1c chopped spinach, 4 or 5 mushroom, 1/3 of a red onion, some chopped broccoli. When cooked, spray with PAM and add 1/2c ReddiEgg to make a flat, open omelette. Add 2T shred parm & fold..
Transfer both to a plate, top the omelette with a couple T salsa and a dollup of FF plain yogurt...enjoy!.
This makes a very hearty sized brunch for lunch and the only thing missing is the mimosa......
I made potato pancakes bymaking to package directions, adding egg and minced onion, shape into patties and fry in pam sprayed pan. Excellent with applesauce!..
I make it into a baked potato soup by thinning it more with some FF chicken broth. I add about a 1/4 cup of frozen chopped onions, 1/2 oz. of RF cheddar cheese, and 1/2 oz. of the lowest sodium ham I can find. I get it at the deli sliced thick so I can cut into chunks..
Let simmer in a small pot until the potatoes have softened and the cheese is melty. yummmmmmm......
