First of all Why when I'm on a Dukan Diet do my legs somtimes feel shakey for no reason? Thanks for any answer. 2nd question I got is.. It use to be one of my favorite lunch entrees but I am quickly getting sick of the taste. It just tastes different to me. Does anyone have any ideas on what to add to help switch up the flava?..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably know..

I have pasted this great recipe from a member. There also are recipes for Potato Pancakes using N.S. Cheesy Potatoes..

Jonies Dukan Diet Potato Salad.

Category: Lunch.

Heres a great recipe from NutriSystem member Jonie in Wilbur, Indiana. She says, With summer approaching, potato salad is a family favorite and I created this recipe so I wouldnt miss out on that delicious picnic favorite. I thinks it's yummy! Add a tossed salad and it's a meal..

Counts as 1 NutriSystem lunch entre + 1 protein serving + free foods.

INGREDIENTS.

1 Dukan Diet Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes with Broccoli.

1 T chopped onion.

1 T dill relish.

2 T fat-free mayonnaise.

1 T yellow mustard.

1 boiled egg.

1 T chopped celery.

DIRECTIONS.

1. Prepare potatoes as directed on the package and let set while preparing other ingredients.

2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl and then add the potatoes..

Note from Jonie: I love warm potato salad, so I eat it that way, but you can prepare it ahead of time and chill it, too...

I got this from the recipe club the other day and it's REALLY YUMMY!!!.

Counts as 1 NutriSystem lunch entre + 1 protein serving + 1 vegetable serving + 1 free food.

Ingredients.

1 NutriSystem Cheese Homestyle Potatoes.

1 Tbs. minced onion.

Cup shredded zucchini.

1 oz. ham, cut up very small.

1 Tbs. egg substitute.

Directions.

Add the water to the Homestyle Potatoes, according to the package directions..

Mix in all the rest of the ingredients..

Drop by spoonfuls into a hot skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray..

Cook several minutes until browned..

Turn and cook until the other side is browned...

I make a "special brunch lunch" with it...make the potatoes, shape into a patty, spray a fry pan with PAM and brown the patty on both sides, basically making a hash brown pancake..

Saute 1c chopped spinach, 4 or 5 mushroom, 1/3 of a red onion, some chopped broccoli. When cooked, spray with PAM and add 1/2c ReddiEgg to make a flat, open omelette. Add 2T shred parm & fold..

Transfer both to a plate, top the omelette with a couple T salsa and a dollup of FF plain yogurt...enjoy!.

This makes a very hearty sized brunch for lunch and the only thing missing is the mimosa......

I made potato pancakes bymaking to package directions, adding egg and minced onion, shape into patties and fry in pam sprayed pan. Excellent with applesauce!..

I make it into a baked potato soup by thinning it more with some FF chicken broth. I add about a 1/4 cup of frozen chopped onions, 1/2 oz. of RF cheddar cheese, and 1/2 oz. of the lowest sodium ham I can find. I get it at the deli sliced thick so I can cut into chunks..

Let simmer in a small pot until the potatoes have softened and the cheese is melty. yummmmmmm......
