Quick question. Just posted a forum but I really would like other answers and.

Opinions. Just started Nutrisystem 3 weeks ago and Im not losing weight.

Anymore and even gaining. Any one else been experiencing or have experieced.

I agree that the scales play games with us, but since you're so new to the program, perhaps you could share more info on exercise, food choices and how much weight you want to lose to make sure you're not overlooking something. You can call a Nutrisystem Counselor anytime to go over your plan and tweak it to your personal needs. Don't get discouraged - Nutrisystem DOES work!..

Happens to me constantly. I go months without losing anything. I spoke with a counselor and she suggested switching lunch and dinner. Also switch up your exercise routine if you are working out, and if you aren't, start!.

Have patience..

When you change lunch/dinner is it the entree only or the entire meal selection with veggie servings, fruit, dairy & protiens? I've been kind of stuck for a few weeks now and need something to shake things up. I exercise 5-6 times a week. I have many more pounds to go!..

I switch the entire meal. I eat my dinner entree with veggies at lunchtime, then after work, eat my lunch entree, then after a bit have protein/veg. I eat my fat separately or with dessert..

You can also try breaking up your meals more. I eat my breakfast entree and fruit, then workout, then eat my dairy/protein..

Increase your water. Watch your extras or free foods. Increase the intensity of your workout. At my biggest stall just before goal, I started working out twice per day, morning and night..

I started at 230, then went to 237 and then to 225, then to 227 then to 224 and now I'm back up to 226. This all in a period of 2 weeks. I know it's discouraging, but do stick with it. I know it works, I've done it before on NS. The biggest key (for me anyway) is to get some motion. You don't have to run, go to the gym, etc.

The more you move, the faster you will lose...

Are you tracking everything? Water, add-ins like vegetables, fruit, protein, fat,. etc? Sometimes, we don't realize that we are missing things until we go back and check to see if we got everything in. Not eating all the foods can cause a stall, having too much sodium can cause a gain. Don't give up...
