Got a question... Why Im I not losing weight on the Nutrisystem point program? Thanks for any response. My 2nd question... I felt like I started out real good because I lost 11 pounds in like 4 weeks, but now I've weighed in after 2 and the scale hasn't changed. I've only drank alcohol 2 times since I started Nutrisystem in January, so I wouldn't think that would have set me back because all I drank was one drink each time. I feel like I've been following the program and drinking my water religiously! Any suggestions? Anything I could be doing wrong?..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..

I am exactly the same boat as you. Not sure what I am doing wrong, eating the right things, never going off track but I have been 'stuck' for three weeks. I am thrilled with 11 lbs weight loss. I have not started exercising yet so maybe that is the problem. Hopefully we will both find an answer...

Switching your food (and exercise) up is a great suggestion. It sounds like your body has gotten into a rut and a small change will shake it up so you start losing again. Also take a look at the sodium content in your non-NS food...

Sometimes your body needs time to adjust. There was a month where I lost nothing, zip, zero on scale but dropped 2 pants sizes. Go figure..

Be patient and keep working the program, it'll happen!..

Thanks everyone! I have been exercising too, I do zumba workouts almost every day and I do a lot of walking. most foods I eat other thanNutrisystemare veggies and fruits, with the occasional chicken breast or boca burger. some of yall were saying to switch up the lunch and dinner? does that mean I eat my "lunch" meal for dinner and vise versa?..

Me, too! I wish people would stop focusing on the scale and concentrate on visual body changes and feelings..

To the OP - Congrats on 11 pounds, that is fabulous. Take measurements and photos!..

I have plantar faciitus in my left foot. Walking, running, cycling hurt badly.

I have had it before and it takes a long time to heal. I didn't wait long enough last time unfortunately. I still walk the dog but boy do I suffer for it...

I feel your pain - make sure it heals properly this time. Cardio sounds impossible unless you have access to a pool. You can still do weight training as a lot of the moves are seated. More muscles = higher metabolism...

I started doing upper body weights this morning! My son leaves his weights on the bedroom floor so instead of just putting them away I did biceps, triceps, shoulders and back. No doubt I will not be able to move tomorrow.


Its funny, I picked up his two 20lb weights and realised thats how much weight I want to lose. That is is heavy!!.
