Just an update: I weighed this morning (official weigh day) and was 217.2. So I picked up a little under a pound. May be muscle weight though. Anyway, I'm still lighter than I was in 10th grade!..
It's just water, man. I put on and hold about 3-4 pounds after my week off (I do it every 6-8 weeks to give my tendons and joints, etc a break) .... I'm positive of this because about mid-week into my resting phase I pee like a mad man - like 5-6 times - just one night though. I look lean and mean the next morning though!! I don't take creatine or anything anymore ... that will really put the water weight on you...
Yeah a friend of mine told me it was probably water too. I might have to look into that week off every 6 weeks though. My knees are killing me this morning!..
