Question I have... Wht is the Dukan Diet required to make my weight frm 80 to 72 kgs? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Another quick question... Has anyone found any way to make the cheese puffs snack better? I need to find some way to use them up, but I just can't stomach them. They taste like powdery cardboard...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could assist you..

You could try dipping them in something. What...I really don't know. FF Sour cream with some spices added, maybe? I actually thought they weren't too bad...

Mash them up and put it in your salads!..

The funny thing is I intensely dislike regular cheese puffs, but love the Dukan Diet ones......go figure...

Oh, I like these! A lot! But the suggestions above are good ones. What about dipping them in mustard?..

If you'd like to sell a few, let me know. I really like them. I would like them a little saltier like the "real" ones, but eating too much of that kind of stuff is what got me here...

I love them too. In fact, the other night, I read a post from someone who said they didn't see Cheese Puffs on the menu anymore. I almost had a minor heart attack! I had to open my AD order right away to check, but whew...they were still there. I also said that someone was going to get hurt if they take Cheese Puffs off the menu!..

Try heating them in the microwave for 20 seconds. Not sure why, but heating changes the flavor and texture..

If that doesn't work, I agree with others, you could easily trade these they're a huge favorite with many members (including me.

)..

I spread them on a plate and squeeze Lemon and a few drops of hot sauce I love them this way!..

The cheese puffs are one of my favorite 'desserts'. I only wish there was more in the bag...

Using them as croutons is a good idea. Also, lemon juice with cayenne sprinkled on them? I like the texture, but they really have no taste. It's nacho crisps for me!..

Try a little bit of the cheddar flavored butter buds/molly mcbutter - shake em up in a bag with that and throw them in the mic or oven for a couple minutes to give them a little more crunch..

(for those who love them and want them a little saltier, the cheddar stuff will definitely help that)..

I found some nacho cheese popcorn seasoning by Kernal Seasons (you can see it here:.

) at the grocery store that I'm going to sprinkle on the cheese puffs next time I have them. It is 2 calories per a 1/4 teaspoon serving... I'm thinking a few good shakes probably wouldn't come out to more than a teaspoon, so I can call it a free food...

The only trouble is, you're using up your dessert for croutons..

I just wouldn't eat them. Trade them or chuck them and buy some SB cereal bars for dessert until you get your new food...

I love those things...But do not order em' cause' I eat more than one bag at a sitting......

I agree that they taste like cardboard. maybe the microwave idea will work, glad I only ordered 2, one down one to go!..
