My question is Who does the music for Dukan Diet coke commercial. I like the way you move? Hoping for any response. My other question... My husband said he had dreamt of those red lobster biscuits but we dont eat there anymore. I made these and they were a pretty good sub..

My regular Krustes pancake mix said 1/2 cup was 40 carbs so...

Heat oven to 425.

1/2 cup mix.

Shredded cheese ( you be the judge as to how much,, ff or not).

Ff milk.

Add enough milk to make it pancake batter consistency. Pour in muffin tin to make 5 muffins. After they have baked, spray with ICBINbutter spray and immediately sprinkle some garlic powder on top. They came out soft and yummy and a little like pancake but good..

For newbies who cant add carbs this isnt for you. But if you have one of those days where you just wanted grilled chicken and mushrooms and broccoli for example: you could use these as your one low gi carb. I only ate 2 myself..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..

Well, I roughly figured mine at 150 and 5 fat and 16 carb for 2. This is higher than the Dukan Diet recommended 120 max for a bread add in. This was with reg pancake mix, regular fat shred cheese and ff milk..

You could always improve those numbers, maybe try withNS pancake mix or heart smart bisquick and ff cheese...

I was holding off making the Bacon & Cheddar Mashers due to their overall reviews here on the Board, but I decided to open them and see what they were actually like. I decided since they were made from oat and soy flour instead of potatoes that I would try my hand at a biscuit recipe. I was surprised that it actually worked AND they didn't taste half bad....meaning I would actually make it again. I hope you feel the same....Enjoy!.

Bacon & Cheddar Biscuits.

.1 pkg Dukan Diet Bacon & Cheddar Mashers.

.1/4 tsp garlic powder.

.1/4 tsp parsley.

.1/4 tsp Baking Powder.

.1/4 tsp Baking Soda.

.Dash of salt (optional).

.2 Tbs Egg Beaters.


~Makes 2 biscuits~.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Open Mashers and add dry ingredients into Masher container. Mix until blended. Add Egg Beaters to dry mix and start stirring mixture gradually add enough water to make the batter becomes a soft dough (slightly softer than cookie dough). *Remember, due to the oat flour, the dry ingredients will absorbs liquid and it will take a fair amount of water. You can use FF milk if you want to substitute the water, and you have a dairy left..

Apply a small amount of Pam onto cookie sheet. Use a tablespoon and drop dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Spritz with ICBNB, or sprinkle with some shredded FF cheddar cheese. Enjoy!..

Cheddar Bay Biscuits.

1 pkg. Dukan Diet Whipped Sweet Potatoes.

1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional).

1 pkg. Dukan Diet pancake mix.

1/4 tsp. parsley (optional).

Generous 1/3 cup milk.

1/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning (optional).

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray.

Combine pancake mix, dry sweet potato mix, milk and optional spices. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet or baking stone. Bake 20 minutes and spritz with ICBINB. Makes 11-12 biscuits - 1 Dukan Diet breakfast entree and 1 Dukan Diet lunch entree..

Because you use a breakfast and lunch entree when do you eat these and how many? I too love the red lobster biscuits and have just realized by looking here that you can alter some of the recipes. I would never of guessed..

There are loads of things you could do, remember that you may rearrange the order of your foods within certain reasonable limits here's my take on including these biscuits into a day:.

1 - if I were really jonesing for biscuits, I'd have the breakfast fruit & protein/dairy, with maybe the lunch protein early in the day at breakfast-time, then have these (all of em) at lunch-time with a salad and call it "square" an omelet in the morning made with 1/2 cup egg sub (60 cal - 1 dairy/protein - breakfast grocery addition) with 1/2 cup shredded fat free cheese (90 cal - 1 dairy/protein - lunch grocery addition) and some veggies. Then again, I might use only 1/4 cup of the cheese in the omelet and add the other 1/4 cup to the biscuits (love cheesy biscuits)....

2 - I might also pretend that the Dukan Diet Pancake Mix is "lunch" and have a "normal" breakfast and for lunch I'd have 1/2 of the biscuits as the Dukan Diet entree and call it a done deal calories and protein may be a tad light calling the pancakes a "lunch", but a bit of shredded fat free cheese (1/4 cup @ 45 calories & 6-7 gr protein) in the biscuits would "even" it out to make 2 lunch type meals and I did mention that I love cheesy biscuits....

3 - I might also have 1/4 of the recipe and call it 1/2 of a lunch, then "make-up" the other half of my lunch by something else that can be divided into 2 portions - and example would be 1/2 the Dukan Diet chicken or tuna salad ON my lunch salad with 1/4 of the biscuits on the side - or bulk up one of the soups with the lunch grocery additions and have 1/2 of that with 1/4 of the biscuits (and the next day do it again with leftovers or share with someone else if I'm feeling generous)....

So long as you don't "stack" too many elements into a single meal - space the stuff out by moving either the entree or the grocery additions to another time so you're still eating every 3-4 hours and remember the dairy/protein with fruit/carb to avoid blood sugar spikes - you can do all sorts of creative rearrangements just look at the day and reallocate to make it work.....

Thinking outside the box is much more fun - just remember to play by the rules.

I make them on a weekend when I have slept late...I count is as a big "brunch" meal (breakfast + lunch)...
