I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..
There may not be anything wrong. Sometimes, the body takes time to adjust and then rewards you with a greater loss the next week.Nutrisystemstates most people lose an average of 1 to 2 pounds a week. Right now, you are meeting that statistic.I assume you are drinking all your water as that is very important. Also sometimes when people begin to exercise extensively, they retain water when the muscles repair themselves. Of course, many women are faced with weight gain, etc. dring TOM...
DeAnne - you lost 5.4 lbs in two weeks, crushing the 1-2 lbs average! Great job, celebrate your success! Reset your expectations and you will be thrilled by your losses. Keep up the great work!..
I am also going into my third week and had a similar experience. I lost 4 lbs the first week and then the second week I not only plateaued but GAINED 1/2 lb. I was ready to quit, but all the sudden I started to lose again so have decided to stay w/ it...
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU EVERYBODY!!! There will be no quitting this time! We are staying the course!!!..
I'm glad that Pam posted the scale article. I found that really informative when I was first starting on the program. There are lots of factors that influence one's weight. One thing that I wanted to mention is that the scale is not the only measurement that matters. My only regret withNutrisystemis not taking my measurements when I started. If you haven't, be sure to do so now while you are still early in the program.
Congratulations on a great first 2 weeks! You're doing great!..
Honestly, I have avoided the tape measure, which is yet another example of my denial. I will do it tomorrow! Surely when I actually lose the weight I will be glad I took the measurements, tho it is painful now...
Deanne: You want to see painful?.
Now, wanna see what happens by just following the plan and letting the scale be damned?..
Wow Pam if that picture doesn't motivate one to stick with it, what will?.
You look awesome, thanks for sharing - I needed this today after being up 2 lbs on today's weigh in!..
