First of all Which one do you think is better? And Why ? Nutrisystem or E-diet? Many thanks for any answer. Second question of mine... I start my 4th week tomorrow. To date, I haven't lost an Nth of anything since the first week, and that was only 1.5 lbs, one pound of which I gained back the second week. If I haven't lost when I step on the scales and measure tomorrow, I'm not sure I can continue with this. Yes, I've talked with a counselor, told her what I was eating, she said perfect, and as long as I'm eating 1300 calories a day, I'm fine.

I was eating between 1100 and 1200.

Adding everything required in my meal planner is about all I can manage, and sometimes it goes over 1300 if I eat everything. Right now I'm stuffed to the gills, and I've had - or will have had, after dessert - 1343 calories. I walked a mile today. Am drinking all my water, sometimes plus..

This is more than I've eaten in years, and different types of foods. I put on the weight because I couldn't exercise due to knee injuries. Anyway, I'm getting very concerned that this is doing more harm than good weight-wise...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could answer your Nutrisystem question..

Pam, I am one very healthy 73 year old. I am hypothyroid, but meds adjust that and keep it in the normal range. I also have.


Hypoglycemia, so I'm on the diabetic diet for more protein. I'm not on any other meds for anything other than thyroid. My lipids are all fine. I was wrong. Today isn't weigh-in day, it's tomorrow. Friday..

The only "off" diet I've been was the weekend of the 5th, as we were guests in someone else's home, but I took food with me, which I used for breakfast and lunch, still was careful with the foods I ate for dinner. Looking back at my weight, it was the 2nd week, I lost the 1.5 lbs, the first week nothing, and the 3rd week I gained a pound. Will let you know after weigh-in tomorrow what happens. Thanks for your concern. If I've lost nothing this week, or measurements aren't shrinking, I will call the number you gave me, as I just ordered my second month. So - guess I'm going to be on it for another month at least, eh wot. Things always look worse at night, you know...

Hi maybe we can stick together I'm getting discureaged. my scale has not gone down any in over a week. it's gone up 3 pounds I dont get it..
