Quick question... Which of these is ok to have for dinner when on a Dukan Diet? Hoping for any answer. My other question... I got this recipe from Splenda. You might want to add some protein, but it looks like we could use..

Peanut Butter Balls:.

1 packet SPLENDA Flavors for Coffee, Caramel.

1 packet SPLENDA Flavors for Coffee, French Vanilla.

1 tablespoon sugar free cocoa mix.

1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs.

2 tablespoons peanut butter.

1 1/2 teaspoons fat free cream cheese.

2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs.

2 teaspoons sugar free or no sugar added jam.

Serves: 2 Prep Time: 10 Min.

Directions 1. Mix all peanut butter ball ingredients together in a small bowl..

2. Roll into six balls..

3. Roll balls in graham cracker crumbs..

4. Press a small indentation in center with fingertip. Fill with jam. Serve immediately..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could give you help..

Looks like it could be a dessert sub. I love peanut butter and anything. I wonder if pb 2 would work?..

I also got that e-mail this morning. They sure look and sound good. Here is a picture...

Maybe you could do something with the peanut butter to reduce the fat. Like 55% of the calories come from fat..

I don't know if PB2 would work to hold it together. Maybe the Better N Peanut Butter would work. It has the consistency of peanut butter...

PB 2 does have the consistency, when mixed up if you get the right amount of water. Just have to try it..

Now I had to go look for my splenda newsletter. I get that too..

That's my problem with PB2. I never mix it right...

My wife commented that the consistancy reminds her of chunky PB because it's a bit grainy..

I think PB2 is a good idea to try, it would get the fat down and the protein up making it a pretty good snack choice if it works...

The only problem is it has less protein than regular PB, right? I can't check, I'm all out. I'm not sure how much is in the Better n Peanut Butter...

They look so good!.

I still havent' ordered PB2 and have had that link in my favs since March! lol..

If you order the PB2 you'll be happy you did. You can add it to a lot of stuff..

I'm not as big of a fan as some people. I don't like it that much alone. But I do love to use it in recipes or to put in yogurt or a smoothie..

I buy the Better n Peanut butter a lot. It has the stats of the old Dukan Diet peanut butter, and I use it for a lunch or a small amount as a free food. It does have more calories than PB2...

It is a powdered peanut butter from Bell Plantion. I can find it in my grocery store but most have to order it from here. I love it. It has much less fat, 85% less, I believe, and a lot less calories and fat..

I use LF peanut butter, but I am out, too. Yes, I did mean to use it as a desert...

Hi everyone,.

These look soooo good! I can't wait to try them!.

What a nice change for a dessert. I love anything with peanut butter and chocolate.

Everyone have a great Labor Day weekend..

Speaking of PB2, I had a jar sitting on my shelf for a few months and when I opened it, it had a musty smell and had lost a lot of the peanutty taste. I don't know how long the shelf life is supposed to be but when you have to buy 4 jars at a time, it's hard to use it all up when you live alone..

I might write to them and find out what the shelf life is. Has anyone else had this problem?..

Those look nice! They're so cute. Gonna have to try it..

I have Better n Peanut Butter, which I don't think really has a peanut butter consistency. It seems to be a bit thinner. It also has a lot less protein than PB. I also have reduced fat PB, though, so I'll have to make it with that sometime. I haven't wanted to commit to 4 jars of PB2, so I have never bought it. Even though they're nice about returning it if you don't like it, that seems like a pain...

There is a "best by" date on the lid. I have am unopened jar with the best buy date back in May. Not sure how long after that date it is good for though...
