Question I have... Which is the better weight loss program Curves, Weight Watchers, or Nutrisystem? Many thanks for any response. Second question.. Kicking off the next round of mini goals. Who's on board for this one with me?.

Starting at 204 (where I've been hovering for the whole week)..

Me: My goal is 165 plus or minus 2 (maintenance). Continued exercise and muscle building as allowed by injuries...

Also going to try to get my exercising in a routine (I did better in April but it's still not routine yet). I want to be at 5 days a week at 20 mins walking minimum..

I will keep my goal set from last month since I did not reach it, but did maintain my weight pretty good. Goal for June 1 is 280 right now I am 294...

I'm going into my fourth week of NS, so my weekly weight loss should start getting smaller. My goal for June 1 is 8 lbs..

5/1 - 204 lbs.

6/1 - 196 lbs..

Even though I am only 13.6 pounds away from 150 pounds, since I just barely got 13 pounds this time, I don't want to push myself quite as hard. If I hit 11 pounds early, though, I may trying to push for those extra 2 pounds...

Can't explain = I am having a hard time losing while working out p90x - wore 36 pants today - haven't in 15 years - but I am not losing - f'd up - definitely bigger in the chest and arms and back and smaller in the waist.

So - do I lose (stop p90x) or do I f it and work out? - it's a real odd place to be....

Guys, p90x doesnt suck..it works and I am not a MLM selling it..

Went to a family party today - major NSV - hadn't seen anyone since last year and they all gave me cudoz - felt good!.

Anyhow - I am 100% - so I think there is a slim down option on p90x and I am going to go with it - 205 my june1? I hope so..

Besides my weight goal of 225 I am also going to add 2 excercise goals:.

1) 100 miles of Biking.

2) 50 miles of walking, treadmill or hiking.

I've never tracked my excercise like this before but thought it would be interesting and motivating for me...

Thanks man but it's getting harder. They brought in my cryptonite... Brownies. I happened to give in and eat one but than my body started freaking out so I ran up and down the steps twice during my break to try and burn it off lol. Congrats to you on maintaining. I know it feels great man...

There are a bunch of guys I know that play every tuesday/thursday morning - some guys are 65-70 years old - old professionals - and some younger pros too...but plenty of C/D players so I don't get completely embarrassed and can beat most of them. the pros are good about it tho - willing to teach so that's good even tho they can just serve 15 times and leave the court if they liked...its more for the exercise and all - and one is my accountant, one is my mortgage broker, and other good connections to have.....

As for me, not so much. I've been anchored solidly to 200.0 for so many days, I'm starting to think the scale's busted. However, body dimension is still changing, and down again in the waist. Well I lost another 3 pounds this past week (2.8 if you are being picky, lol) so I am still on a good pace. Since the begining of May I have lost 7.2 pounds, and that leaves me with another 7.4 to go to reach my goal weight of 255. Omfg, finally! Broke through the 200.0 barrier that my scale (which I swear is possessed) had me stuck at for over a week. I broke 230 for the first time this morning. I'm at 228.6. May goal is 225. Start weight was 237.6.

I had to revamp my excercise goal. I am not going to reach my 100 miles of biking goal. That was pretty ambitious considering the last week of may I will be camping..without a bike. Bottom line is though I could have made it if I had made excercise a priority, so I am dealing with that. I am shooting for 50 miles of biking. I am on track for meeting the walking/hiking/treadmill goal of 50 miles. We will do at least 20 miles of hiking while in the Black Hills next week...

Thanks Ted but Im not there yet. I'll likely be there by next week but there is a potential bump in the road. Im going to see Shrek and Iron Man 2 this weekend at the drive-in. They'll be featuring green slushies, green cotton candy, and green filled deep fried twinkies.

Down 3.6 pounds since Monday. Wasn't sure I was going to reach my June goal, but I think I can (or get really close). I've 4 of 5 days this week and it's showing with things (and I'm energized after walking so thats great too)... Less than 3 pounds from my 50 pound bear and less than 5 pounds to my June 1 goal..

Made my May goal exactly on target. Lost 8 lbs. And I bought shorts this weekend that were a size 32 waist! I may have to alter my goal weight. I think all that weight training has added pounds of muscle. But my utimate goal is to have a 31 waist. So once I reach that, I will have achieved my goal..
