First question I have is Which is better...Nutrisystem or Nutri-System? Thanks in advance for any answer. Another question I got... Hi guys! I've not been quite as active over here as before, but still check in daily. It's GREAT to see so many LOSERS here!!! Nutrisystem ROCKS the WORLD!! It really, really DOES work. While no one's results are "typical", you can believe in this system..

Today is my 1 year anniversary of hitting goal..

Big day for me. I honestly did not know if I would be able to maintain. Not only did I maintain, but I found "more to give" and have been in the mid 180's for most of this year..

One word of advice - to not count "goal" as the end of the race, but rather the.

Beginning.

Seriously. Maintenance is actually harder than losing in many ways. Keep your auotship coming. Stay on-plan until your BF% is where you want it and beyond. There is NO reason to not get back to your high-school form, no matter how old you are. Take it all the way, and continue to keep your autoship coming, with delays, mixing in other foods as long as it takes to learn how to maintain without NS.

I'm very happy with my maintenance goal of staying sub 190. With some muscle development, I'm still comfortable in 32's even at 190. I would like to get sub-185 to allow more "wiggle room" for the summer, but overall am quite pleased to be 185 on my 1 year anniversary (today!) of maintaining the New Me. I'm 15 lbs under the goal I hit last year. I still need to work on learning how to "maintain" consistantly. I really enjoy the Knucklhead approach, which allows me to enjoy excesses, but constant gaining/losing see-sawing is tough.

That seems to be working well and I'm very happy with this approach and so far, have been successful. Thank You, Nutrisystem!!.

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can answer it..

That's funny, Bartle! Maybe you need to shoot for elementary grades. LOL. Seriously, my 100lb loss pales in comparison to what you are achieving. I watch your progress all the time and am so impressed with how you are sticking to it and streaking toward goal!.

Thanks folks. Just wanted to give an encouraging word about life after hitting your goal. It's a very risky time, but it can be done! Even if you fail to maintain, Nutrisystem is always here to catch you..

I've got a theory that it's a lot like quitting smoking, drinking, or whatever. Sometimes you have to fail a few times before you can make it stick, so don't avoid the truth if you've lost it. Decide to try again. And again. As many times as it takes. Those of us who have lost and gained a few times in our past have gained the humility to know better than to say "I won't gain it back after I hit goal", because we know we can and will without constant vigilance, a plan going forward and a healthy dose of fear.

When asked "will you keep it off?", I answer that I won't know that until we get a count of how many pall bearers I'll need..

Seriously - it's literally a life long commitment and I know I could "lose it" at any time. That's why this 1 year anniversary is so significant to me..

One more year? Yeah!!.
