I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..
Here's a recipe that was posted by Christina Gray:..
Here's the one I use for a regular biscuit, with or without the gravy. This actually cooks wonderfully in the microwave as well!.
This is the dry mix version of the biscuits and gravy. It's just so yummy and easy to not share this version of it! I cook mine in a silicone heart pan in the microwave and it's sooo fast and easy!! I hope you enjoy it too!!.
Biscuits and Gravy.
1/4c Insta bake.
1 tbsp Buttermilk powder.
1 tbsp wheat gluten.
1/4 tsp butter flavor powder.
1/8 tsp baking powder.
1/8 tsp baking soda.
For the Gravy:.
1 tbsp +1 tsp sausage flavor country gravy mix.
1/4 c water.
For the biscuit, mix the dry ingredients with 1/4c water and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes, or put in a microwave safe baking dish and microwave on high for about 70-90 seconds. Ovens vary, so keep an eye on it..
To make the gravy, put mix in a small microwave safe bowl and mix with 1/4 c cool water. Stir well until blended. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave for 30 seconds longer. I usually make the gravy first and use more water to thin it out a bit and get more gravy..
199 cals and 8g protien..
I forgot to mention that if I'm making this biscuit part for a sandwich, usually I will cook it in the micorwave, once I take it out I let it cool for a few minutes and cut it in half. Then I spray each side with a small amount of cooking spray and toast it in a skillet. It's optional to do that, but it makes it really crispy on the side where I put the sausage and egg...
How would you do this using Dukan Diet pancake mix?.
By the way - I am anxiously awaiting my cookbook! I know you are excited too!..
Is there a cookbook or nutrisystem... if so where do I find it..
I am SOOOO excited!! They are sapposed to be shipped to me on the 17th!!.
After that I'll be a signing and shipping fool!! LOL!! I hope you like it when you get yours! It was alot of fun to design and is just a dream come true!! Ok enough about that!! LOL!! I do have a recipe for a breakfast bowl using the Dukan Diet pancake mix, but for a regular biscuit it would be tough because it's kinda sweet. I don't like my biscuits sweet. Because the breakfast bowl has everything all in one bowl is really takes away from the sweetness of the pancake mix. I hope that makes sence!!..
I did another one that's being printed right now. It's sapposed to be shipped to me around the 17th!! Yayyyy!!! If you'd like info about it you can click on my recipe and support board link in my signature and there is a topic dedicated to it that will tell you all you need to know, or you can email me @.
If you have any questions! I can't wait to see it in person myself!!!!..
