Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you help..
Cottage cheese and mandarin oranges..
Cantaloupe and low fat ham..
Canadian bacon and fruit...
I sometimes freeze my yogurt.... seems like more of a treat..
Do you have a good assortment for breakfast?..
For the protein/dairy, an Ostrim stick, or hard boiled egg. For the fruit, maybe try something you haven't tried before or don't eat very often. PB2 with apple slices is yummy... Celery stuffed with PB2 and a few raisins...
Frozen yogurt- great idea!!.
I mix cottage cheese with mandarin SF oranges- yummy. Can do it with SF peaches, mix fruit, etc. yummy too..

Boyrus, I , too , am a teacher. What I do is have my fruit and extra protien before I leave the house. I precut red peppers, onions and mushrooms - quick sautee them in a pan and add egg whites (from a carton) - takes two minutes. It is filling and gets in a buch of veggies that keep me full, along with the fruit. THEN, about two hours later, I have my coffee with aNutrisystemsnack that I can keep in the classroom - like the scones, or muffins. That keeps me full until lunch.
Egg whites and veggies have added soooo much to my morning plan. Quick, easy and full of goodness..
Good luck !..
Cottage cheese with cinnamon splenda and raisins.
Lunchmeat with laughing cow wedge rolled up, fruit..
I am a teacher too! Here is my morning routine...I either have a sweet breakfastNutrisystemitem and yogurt for breakfast or theNutrisystemscrambled eggs and cottage cheese before leaving home and then a string cheese or one of those wax wrapped little round cheeses and a small can of V-8 for a morning snack. Sometimes I will switch that for the little bags of sliced apples from Costco. All are easy and so quick to just grab!..
