From mostblstmom (Roz)I saut some onions, mushrooms, squash and add either diced can or fresh grape tomatoes, when veggies are tender I add some shrimp (extra protein) and set aside. Make the Mac and cheese according to directions, then add to the veggie/shrimp mixture and put in an oven safe dish. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. YUM! ETA: It's great with crab meat too!..

A version of Christina's fudge brownie (added egg and vanilla) = I make a batch of 12 cupcake brownies in paper wrappers and put into ziplock bags for 1 brownie per day...

Blueberry Ricotta Danish.
1 Dukan Diet Blueberry pancake mix.
2 tsp Splenda.
1/4 tsp baking soda.
2 tbsp dried blueberries.
1/4 tsp vanilla.
1/3 c buttermilk.
2 tbsp light ricotta cheese.
2 tsp Splenda.
1 tsp pancake mix(dry).
1 tbsp SF blueberry jam.
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees. Spray a single serve cassarole dish with cooking spray. Mix together the filling ingredients in a small bowl and the batter ingredients in a seperate bowl. Pour the batter into the cassarole dish and top with the ricotta. I just drop it on top by spoonfuls staying about a half inch from the edges. Top ricotta mixture with the blueberry jam.
Let cool before eating. I pop mine in the freezer for a few minutes to cool off fast!!.
Counts as your entree, fruit and half a protein serving..
Oatmeal Cookies for Breakfast.

1 pkg. Dukan Diet Oatmeal.
1 tsp. margarine.
2-4 packets Splenda.
1/8 tsp. baking soda.
Raisins or dates (1 fruit serving's worth).
Cinnamon to taste.
1/2 tsp. vanilla.
Drops of fat free milk.
Cream margarine & Splenda. Add baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla & oatmeal. Add drops of milk until cookie dough consistency. Stir in raisins or dates. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Flatten slightly.
On cookie sheet...
My favorite is chocolate muffins:.
1/3 C. Heart Smart Bisquick.
1/2 Scoop Any Whey.
1 T. cocoa powder.
2 T. Splenda.
1/2 t. baking powder.
1 t. vanilla extract.
2 T. Egg beaters.
1/3 C. water.
Mix everything and pour into sprayed muffin tin..
Can add chopped nuts or mini chocolate chips.
Bake for 10-12 min. at 375...check for doneness.
Make 4 muffins.
So yummy and filling!!!!..
The "Paul's Bundt Cakes" - I use the recipes.

Paul's Bundt Cake.
Count as: 1 breakfast entre + 1 fruit + 1/2 dairy/protein.
1 package pancake mix.
1/4 tsp cinnamon.
1 pkg of splenda.
1 egg or 3 tbsp egg white or 1/4 cup egg beaters.
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce.
1/4 tsp vanilla.
1. place pancake mix, cinnamon and sweetener in a bowl and mix; add egg, applesauce, and vanilla. stir well..
2. leave in the bowl and put in microwave. high 3 minutes. Should look like small bundt cake- moist with texture of a sponge cake..
3. turn upside down and let set up before serving. Spray with ICBINB and drizzle with syrup if desired..
**Vicki's Note: I usually nuke mine for 3 minutes on high in a 10 oz. ramekin and turn it out onto a cooling rack as soon as it's done. It will be moist on the bottom, but will dry up a bit once it sits for 4-5 minutes. I also use only 3 TBSP. eggbeaters (because I read the recipe wrong once ) for the liquid and it comes out perfect every time. Caution: Over nuking will cause this to turn into a brick!.
To make a chocolate chip bundt cake, add 20 calories worth of mini chocolate chips..
Pumpkin Bundt Cake.
(a variation of Pauls Bundt Cake).
1 package of Dukan Diet Pancake Mix.
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon.
1/8 tsp. nutmeg.
1/8 tsp. allspice.
Pinch of ground clove.
2 packets Splenda.
1/4 tsp. vanilla or cinnamon extract.
1/4 cup eggbeaters.
1/2 cup canned pumpkin.
Combine pancake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ground clove, and Splenda in a large microwave safe bowl. Add eggbeaters, pumpkin, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed..
Place bowl in microwave. Cook on high for 3 minutes (longer if necessary). Finished product should be moist with texture of sponge cake..
Counts as 1 Breakfast Entre + 1/2 Protein + 1 Fruit Serving.
**Vicki's Note: I nuke this for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes in a 10 oz ramekin. The batter is thicker than the regular bundt cake recipe and does require 1/4 cup of eggbeaters instead of 3 TBSP...

I had Loredana's Italian Wedding Soup with Tortellini and it was awesome! I just bumped it to the top of the recipe boards! I'm telling you, it was better than Olive Garden's soups!.

Finally, someone posted a banana stuffed french toast and it was soooo delicious. I'm so sorry I can't remember whose recipe it was to give them credit..

Fudge Brownie by Christina Gray.
1/4 c. Walmart brand fudge brownie mix.
1 T. Any Whey protein powder.
1 T. Hershey's special dark cocoa powder.
1 pkt. Splenda.
1 T. SF applesauce.
1 T. ff mayo.
2 tsp. ff milk.
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a single serve dish with cooking spray. I used a little heart shaped silicone pan. Mix all ingredients together well and pour into pan. Bake for 15-20 min. or until done.
Serves 1. Counts as dessert..
7 g. protein.
2.5 g. fat.
Personal note: These are really easy and don't have the artificial taste of the packaged brownies...
Last night, I was thinking about how yummy that brownie would be if I had some vanilla ice cream to go with it..
Then it dawned on me that I still had a dairy left and thought it might be worth seeing what would happen if I used my Cuisenart ice cream maker to make non fat vanilla yogurt. 30 minutes later.WOW!.
8 oz. containter Greek nonfat yogurt.
1/4 cup fat free half and half.
1 tsp. vanilla.
3 pkg. splenda.
Blend together, put in ice cream maker for 30 minutes. Place on top of Dukan Diet brownie and enjoy!.
