Your question was: Where can I find GoDaddy coupon codes for 2011?.
I just regged SA-ME.com lol Now would that be a CV-CV or a WO-RD?.
Rep added for the great idea here Worldstar... I actually like this one..
Sa-ne would have been good.
Na-me would be the really good though..
Here's a list of some nice available ones for anyone interested. All contain the super-premium vowel A. Some even contain S as well and there are many real words contained within.
Madness ... sheer madness! with some method to it no less.
What's next ? goo-goo-ga-ga.com ?
Aieeeeeeee and egad nooooooo don't tell me !!! I actually checked goo-goo-ga-ga.com just on the off chance someone had actually already gone and done it ... IT'S BEEN REGGED SINCE 2004 !!! And it's a developed site ! Okay, well, that one might actually make some sense LOL.
Irony ... madness ... irony ... madness.
Well .... carry on, I guess.
I'm sticking with my anti-premium unpronounceables though, thank you very much!..
I might of wrote them off myself... Then I found SA-MI.com.
SA-MI.net is registered, SA-MI.info is registered and says "Under Construction", SA-MI.org is a developed site. "Sami" yields 53.8M Google results, while "SA-MI" yields a very respectable 2.8M. Sami has a 366 WT with 6,760 total daily searches for related terms. Clearly there's alot of potential for SA-MI.com as a developed site.
Good salesman or good potential? Maybe a bit of both..
And googling "sa=mi" yields a decent 314,000 results ( '=' instead of '-' searches for the hyphenated phrase in google, for some reason I have yet to figure out - a truly useful tip from another NPer I forget who ...).
Apparently "sa-mi" is a commonly used phrase in the Romanian language ...
(And "harrumph" is a commonly used phrase in the "HeyYouKidsGetOffMyLawn!" dialect of American English.) so, ah ... Harrumph !..
Ie. LA-ND LI-VE etc.
Although did pick up an awesome one recently: www.MO-FO.com..
CV.CV (with wierd country extensions) is better than CV-CV.com. So is CVCV.org. There are many CV.CV and CVCV.org available. Forget CV-CV.com unless the letters make up great acronyms...
OK, I had to have one ~La-De*com~, for some reason it just jumped out at me...
Sami means monk in malay language...
Hehehe Sami means monk in malay language...
This thread is interesting..
IMHO, the focus on using the last two characters as country extension makes the format more natural than WO-RD, eg **-UK.com or **-US.com or **-cn.com.
Another GD hole for my money to disappear into.......
Ooooh shiny ! Now I'm paying attention! hmmm... (with apologies to John Prine's "Sam Stone") there's a hole in GoDaddy's farm where much domainer money goes,.
Half a million regged for what, who knows .....
I would love to own "co.in" if they have 2 letter domains there haha, could you imagine, you basically own the extension because your HostGator is also an extension lol..
Below is the available list for LL-US, LL-UK and LL-CN for letters "abcdefghijklmnoprstuvw".
This and other HostGator lists can always be checked and rechecked with my Domainer's Word List Availability Checker: http://www.urdng.com/Word_List_Checker_Dot-Com.html.
Cut and paste the list into the text box. If the list has TLD extensions attached which need to be removed, check the "Search for" and "Replace with" function checkbox and place the extension's text into the "Search for" box and nothing into the "Replace with" box.
Generate your own list of letter combinations: http://www.urdng.com/Letter_Combination_Generator.html.
I have removed LL-UK and LL-CN to reduce the size of this post...
I was going to register cc-us.com but I was trying to wait until my Parked.com payment tomorrow morning to buy a bulk lot of domains at once. Someone else here must have grabbed it when you posted that list - good luck with it!.
At least you didn't do the x's so I was still able to grab xx-us and xx-uk. =) And mi-us was still available, the only us state on the list...
May I have the order here that I believe it should be in terms of value:.
Four letter word CV-CV.com, like ci-ty.com, la-dy.com, li-ve.com etc..
None word CV-CV.com, but some have it's meaning in Chinese pinyin, like an-ju.com etc..
Four letter word CV-CV.com like la-nd.com etc..
Some like go-us.com etc will have extreme value than others...
Interesting thread indeed. I snapped CA-NE that I liked (both english and italian word ) I am curious to see how it performs..
Rep added to worldstar, Reece and Don_OKC..
So ma-ny are already regged.. go-sh!..
Here are some 4letters word with hyphen dot com available:.
Lorenzo, don t be harsh I think that this is a nice list actually!..
At least L-L-L.com have all been gone, that's the fact. And when you register between a-r-y.com, a-r-m-y.com, ar-my.com, you will have 33.333% possibility to reg ar-my.com..
Ok...ok....how about this one: www.golf-us.com.
It seems all keywords (yes I just checked them are gone...both in -uk.com and -us.com) :eek..
It is a very well built site as well...(I took pu-sh(.)com) .. already parked and live..
That`s why I wrote about it...
Type in this one and look where it brings you:.
I would add rep to worldstar, but apparentely can t do any more for the moment... (I saw the site Dragon... )..
At 2 AM....I just managed to reg: FOREX-UK.COM.
How is that?..
Do-se.com (SE is a Swedish ext.).
Dr-op.com (Drop domains?).
Li-ck.com (Will create an adult website for this)..
Yes it does thank you, I`ll rep the One who pointed this thing of -us.com and -uk.com .....how come I did not think about it?.
Let me find another treasure..
Damn I was going to reg dr-op... too late... good reg..
Just want to register wi-gi.com, which is the typo of wi-fi.com and was available several days before, and it has been gone...
Sorry but I just cant see what the fuss is about , I understand everyone has their own take on domaining ....... but this is just silly !!!!! I guess if you like letters and stuff it may be fun , but as investments ????? I really dont think an end user cares if they are cv-cv or cc-nn or what ever , they just want something they can use at the end of the day , if you tell me you have a great cv-cv that doesn't match my needs , i'll just wave goodbye , why would you bother ???????? now here's the thing , most people say buy a good generic name , but as we all know .....they are becomming too expensive for most !!!!! so I try to aim at new trends , 3dtv and so on , yes it will take a while for my domains , but at least they have key words , example is 3dtvadvertising.com , yes a while away , but when it's here I will be prepared , but I will never buy a HostGator based on cv-cv or ccc-v or n-n-cv ....... each to their own I guess , but I just dont get it to be honest, my 2 cents worth..
These domains are currently worth very little, and I do not see that changing anytime soon...
The hyphen thing opens up a lot of variables whew... Although I did check mo-fo good grab. I think I will stick to w-o-r-d.com and L-L-L.com's. Not dissing these though.
I prefer the short two word variety. These are the ones I registered.
I got some too. Joining in the fun : ).
Pa-th -thanks worldstar for path.
Ta-pe -thanks Thetruman for ta-pe.
Got butt-on.com also he he.
Also got hyp-hen.com he he he : ).
Cheers truman : ).
My fave is tr-ee.
Speaking of which, fa-ve is available and follows the cv-cv trend.
Ki-ll is available also.
Oops, worldstar already said that.
All of the above were available.
And this one is way to cool: ne-st.com (nest ot anystreet) and it is available for the discerning madman.
And ne-ed (any edition) also available but not for long I guess.
And go-ne still available, but go-ne soon! I am guessing.
You got ho-ly right?.
All god nams are diminishing fast!.
Actually I meant to say all good names are diminishing fast, but god names is quite fitting for ho-ly actually..
Oo-ps.com also available,.
How to spell for radio ad.
Double 'o' dash 'p' 's' dotcom.
Sorry, misread your po-st ho dash 'l' 'y' (ho-ly) get down and get ho ly with ho-ly.com..
Don't really care : ).
The only way to make money in this world it to take a ri-sk!.
No really, I couldn't resist them is all, they just looked so tender and sweet.
______________________________ there was proof that ki-nd.com was a available at the moment of writing..
IMHO, not al LL-LL.com are worth to be regged at current time. Those domains strictly follow CV-CV.com, eg. li-ve.com, should worth something and there's not many left. CV-CV.com is short, brandable, easy to be pronounced and remembered...
Went down a similar thought process last year and picked up just a few, but mainly aimed for bro-ken words/numbers: 20-09.com.
Some excellent 4 letter wo-rds you have there.
They work very well in this format as it's obvious what the word is when looking and only one extra keystoke and balanced looking.
How was that available?..
Qu-iz.com, ma-th.com, fa-te.com and bu-lk.com, good job on those 4!!!..
Also went down the number route with a few 24 hour clock related e.g.:.
I-Q.com money in the bank...
Kn-ol.com, google will love this one.
Instead of buying thouse qzxy.com, these domains seems more valueable in the near future...
Just added Pu-ne.com Gi-za.com 00-01.com already getting traffic, 20 in two days..
Some english words at the time of post available.
Below are avilable list of palindromes,.
I have taken ae-ea.com & ao-oa.com.
So lots of people now have some inventory of these so stats should be rolling in. Can people please post traffic/rev?.
CV-resume.com, I don't have and I don't offer it here.
It just sounds to me like CV-CV.com.
You want the job? Send me your CV, or, you know what, you'd better send me 2 or 3 CVs.
OK, CVCVCV.com (some Chinese gets the job)..
That's a pretty good one.
I started a CC-CC, C-CCC, CCC-C discussion thread in the "short domains" section about these. Post them there too! http://www.namepros.com/short-domain...com-c-ccc.html..
The below domains are available as a LL-LL.com:.
Thankyou for sharing worldstar.
Does any one have any sales results for any LL-LL.com HostGator names either seperated wo-rd.com or CV-CV.com or whatever else like this..
Acturally there's not many four letter wo-rd.com and CV-CV.com left and I guess they will rise in value. I have received a low $xxx offer for my HostGator di-gi.com, not ready to sell it at this price though...
Thankyou WorldStar Great Information.
Low $xxx offer for di-gi.com great to hear.
I much prefer LL-LL.com then L-L-L-L.com for 'words'.
Thanks raredn.com for the rep.
A "-" make the HostGator balanced and beautiful for a CVCV.com, it's short, cute, easy to pronounce. It's not strange in the near future we see CV-CV.com sold out as CVCV.com are all registered out...
Yes that makes perfect sense.
Your di-gi is both a 'wo-rd' or shortening of a word and CV-CV..
Quite a nice one related to domains is available: GE-OS.com IM-HO.com..
