First question I got is Where can I find EPH200 Dukan Diet pills? Thanks for any comment. Another question on my mind: As much as I love the convienience and everything with NS, I am not so much a fan of the breakfasts, especially the muffins. I found this recipe on the "3 fat chicks on a diet" website, and I love it. My husband even liked them, and that's big for Mr. Meat-and-potatoes-only-if-it's-good-for-me-or-green-I-won't-like-it. The muffins have 150 calories each, so they fit in perfectly with the Dukan Diet plan, and it's nice to be able to cook something!.

Apple Bran Muffins.

2 cups Kelloggs All-Bran Extra Fiber cereal.

1 cups all purpose flour.

Cup sugar.

1 Tbsp. cinnamon.

1 Tbsp. baking powder.

Tsp. salt.

Cup raisins.

1 cups skim milk.

Cup chunky applesauce.

Cup egg substitute (equal to 2 eggs).

Directions:.

Combine cereal and milk in a large bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to soften. Meanwhile, combine flour, cinnamon, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Add raisins and set aside. Combine applesauce and egg substitute and stir into the cereal mixture. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Divide into 12 muffin cups and bake at 400* about 25 minutes, until lightly browned..

Nutrition info per muffin:.

Calories: 150, Total Fat: 1, Sat. Fat: 0, Protein: 6, Fiber: 5.5, Sodium: 373, Carbs: 35.

Weight Watcher Points: 2.

NOTE: I actually dont care for raisins, so I made some slight changes to the recipe: I exchanged 1 cup flour for cup whole wheat flour and cup white flour, and omitted the raisins and instead added an extra cup applesauce, I also changed out the sugar to cup Splenda for baking and cup granulated sugar. I am sure it brings the caloric values down slightly, but I am unsure how much..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can answer it..

Kitty, you could eat one and freeze 11 in zippy lunch bags. It amounts to having 11 single serve packs of something you like from NS, isn't it?..

Sounds good! I think I'd sub a little of the white flour with a little soy and up the protien a bit! I love cooking with soy flour!!!..

I'd probably change the sugar to Splenda and add some AnyWhey to up the protein, but darn that sounds good..

And I think I actually have everything in the pantry!!..

I was also wondering about oat flour ... or 1/2 oat flour with 1/2 bran flour..

Is the apple sauce sugar free or no sugar added.....

That recipe sounds great - I think I'd switch the raisins for dried cranberries with orange peel.........
