My first question is Where can I find a Nutrisystem guide to eating out? Thanks in advance for any comment. Another question... Hey guys. I've been considering Nutrisystem for a while so I got on the website and started checking things out. Well I did the costco thing and placed my 1st order wed. Haven't weighed myself in a while but would guess I'm over 300 now.

I want to lose over 100 pounds so any tips you can offer will we be helpful...

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..

Follow the program, it does work. If you have questions, just post 'em. There are a lot of knowledgeable people posting here who are willing to help out. I just started in July and am shocked at how easy this is to follow and am astounded with how much weight I've lost so far. When you get your package, go through the meal planner. Make sure you buy all your add ins before you start so you will have all the food that you need..

But before you officially begin, have a pizza party and throw in a few donuts..

Been here a while. You need to decide the schedule for all of your food! Breakfast, Morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner with desert. Drink all of you water and more. Read Bellavita boys blog which was bump yesterday to the first page. There are great tips in there. Remember this is a lifestyle change and not diet.

This a decision for a perminent change in your life. Finally, hang out here for a while, the guys are great and funny and we help keep you accountable to yourself...

Bottom Line, Nutrisystem works. Below is my before & after picture. I'm just an average guy who decided I was fat and needed to lose weight. I didn't do anything but walk the first 10 months and I lost 100 pounds. It took me only 16 month to lose 150 and reach my goal. If you want to lose weight, this is a great way to do it. Hey thanks for making me feel welcomed. I'm really pretty excited about getting started. I've made a commitment to my self and my son that I will get the weight off and maintain it. I'm tired of being the fat guy in the room...

Well, get on board the cup cake wagon (we get freakin cup cakes!) and commit to your commitment..

The short time I've been loitering in here I've seen several guys like you (and me) post the same sounding threads as yours - never to be heard from again..

It's kinda tough at first - when you're used to eating a ton of stuff - to restrict your intake and let your stomach shrink..

And folks get tempted and pouty and what not and give up I guess..

It gets better and easier - the first few nights I was eating a cucumber at night to keep my stomach full - a month later I have to remind myself to eat everything on the plan some nights..

Give it time and really drink your water..

Talk to counselors on the live chat when you need it..

There's lots to learn and do so don't give up..
