That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..

There are a couple Walden Farms ones that I like (Russian, Creamy Bacon, Honey Dijon, Raspberry & Basalmic) and I trade off between them I tried but don't like most of the other WF dressings (then again I dislike most bottled Ranch regardless of fat content and have never liked Italian so it's not surprising that I disliked the WF versions - lol)....

The WishBone Spritzers are pretty good.

Maple Grove's Cranberry Basalmic and Safeway's Eating Right Blueberry & Pomegranate are both very tasty if you like sweet/tangy fruity salad dressings....

There are a lot of fat free dressing recipes in my files, including the only way (in my opinion) to have fat free Ranch dressing (make yourself - lol)....

Ken's Steakhouse has a light Honey Mustard vinegarette. 10 sprays is 10 calories and 2 g sugar. It's REALLY yummy!!..

I have tried so hard to like the WF salad dressings, and what is hapening is I am not eating my salads because I really can't stomach the taste..Now I like the TC, so that tells you that I do and can eat just about anything.....

But I was finding myself not eating what I should(salads) which I used to LOVE, so I figured I better do something about it and last evening purchased a lite dressing.......

WF is also rather expensive and I was losing a bit of money, buying, trying and not liking them..

Are the spritzers really enough to enjoy the salad?..

Maple Grove makes a great Honey Dijon and Wasabe Dijon. The spritzers have alot of flavor to me and are very good!.

I've never really liked a lot of dressing on my salads; just enough to enhance the veggies, so the Wish Bone spritzers are perfect. 10 sprays is 10 cals and is plenty for me...

Ken's Low Fat Sweet Vidalia Onion. Hidden Valley Ranch FF Ranch...

Thanx everyone, I will give the spritzers a try!..

If you don't care for the WF dressings, but don't want to have wasted your $$, try mixing them with a low fat (or even full fat) version of the same dressing, the combo will cut the icky flavor that some people object to in the WF dressing and will halve the calories of the low/full fat version and ya can use the WF stuff up without hating it - lmao.

Wegmans do a wonderful fat free honey dijon dressing..

Ken's also makes a Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette that is really good mixed with cabbage. A little twist on cole slaw...

I cannot begin to share how many bottles of dressing have come and gone from this house ... I really only like one low calorie - Bernstein's Light Fantastic - Cheese Fantastico - 25 calories for 2 tbsp 10 from fat.... it's tangy and have found it in supermarkets everywhere I travel...and I eat my salads!..

I love the kraft fat free thousand island and zesty italian, I think they both taste great!! There are so many good fat free dressings available now, I am sure you will find something you love in no time! Good luck and everyone have a great weekend!! Take care, Sheila..

Our fav ff dressing is the Kraft FF Classic Caesar. It's a little harder to findI guess that's because it's not as popular, but IMHO it should be!.

The spritzers are way too salty for me, so if you aren't a salt-lover, keep that in mind...

If you live near a Trader Joes, there Fat Free Sesame Ginger is great!..

Hidden Valley Ranch FF Ranch and Kraft FREE raspberry vinaigrette and catalina flavors are my favorites..

Did you know you can purchase individual serving packages of MANY dressings that make traveling and eating out so much easier check it out at.

I order them all the time and it's such a huge help to stay on program while travelling or eating out. I'm not connected to the site in anyway - just order from it several times per year.

Walden Farms also has individual serving packages of their salad dressings. I just ordered a couple boxes yesterday to take on my vacation. Even the supposedly diet dressings at restaurants and fast food places are outrageous in calories. I always bring my own ff dressing...

I love the Hidden Valley FF Ranch. I tried Kraft at first, thought it was okay, but then I tried H.V. and have never looked back! Yum...
