I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..
Water is the key! Start drinking a lot of water!!! You can do this, we have all been where you are and got through it!..
I still have days where it feels like I am hungry all the time but you will get through it. When I do I drink more water or chew sugarless gum. It is worth it and the first few weeks are the hardest, after awhile will come easy...
Keckcamp - I hear you. It's been week one for the husband and I. I don't hear him complaining much, but sometimes I feel really hungry and have to REALLY kick in the willpower not to grab something. I work in my car, so it's really hard to resist the allure of all the FF places I pass all day..
BUT - I can tell you, I take advantage of those unlimited veggies (though still keeping it to under 3 servings a day) and water. That's what I do when I get that urge, I can tell you it helps and if anything else it just boots that craving to have something because you're focused on what you have in your hand and mouth..
With that - I've already lost 9lbs this week and that in itself is a HUGE motivator to keep doing it..
You CAN do it - just gotta find the right and healthy strategy for you...
