Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could give you an answer..
I played with it a bit til I liked it ... probably added a bit more salt than I should ... but loved it!.
Meagan you're just fabulously! You go girl!..
Thanks for the recipe, Lisa! This will be something different. I always do the same thing with the Dukan Diet Fettuccini Alfredo. I saute mushrooms, red onion, yellow or red pepper and sometimes add some lean chicken to it. I love this stuff. It is soooooo good! I never even thought of using tuna. I like the green chili idea too.
Of bread crumbs or even crush some of my Cheese Puffs on top! How about that? Thanks again, Lisa...
YUM! I had the fet alf today and I wish I would have seen this before! I have more and will make this FOR SURE!! I'm a *bit* confused tho...how do you mix in the tuna? I read it and it doesn't say...altho it prolly does and I'm just not seeing it. Do you mix it on or spread it on top? Thanks!! VERY creative!!..
This sounds really good. I love tuna casserole! Thank you for the compliment!!!!!!!!!..
So sorry Jamie ... I failed to type it in ... but it was in my head ... so I amended the recipe up top to include mixing in tuna ... hope you like!..
I plan on making this for lunch. It sounds REALLY yummy!! Did you use this for lunch or dinner tho? Did the veggies count as your salad? Thank you sooo much for posting this!!..
It's a lunch entree. She just used a protein probably from snack for the chips. You can replace the veggies for the salad...
Yeah I knew the protein part, just wasn't sure if the veggies counted as the salad or if you used the dinner veggies, that's all. It's baking now and smells soooooo good! I added fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder too. I'm glad DH is at work, or he'd eat it all on me!! Oh I also used green beans (made extra for the kids to have with lunch and just grabbed a large handful for my dish) and it looks delish!!..
