My book says I can have 6-8 oz of yogurt, 120 calories, 7g protein..

What kind would that be?.

Is there a yogurt with fruit that would meet the above requirement, or will I just have to add some of my fruit to the yogurt?.

I like the Carbmaster yogurt from Krogers..

Love the Greek yogurt but it's a lot more expensive than the others...

I am not a huge yogurt fan, because I ate so much of it when I was a kid. I have come to love the Thick & Creamy and the fluffy ones by Yoplait. They are a little low on the protein, but it helps me get past the texture of reg. yogurt and I need the calcium...

Just bought a supply of fruit flavored yogurt at Target...their Archer meets stats...

Neither of those have enough protein for NS. Plus the Whips one has way too many calories...

I love the plain nonfat Chobani Greek yogurt. Only 100 calories and 18g of protein. For the afternoon snack, I add my fruit, mix it up and it's good. It's abit more expensive, but well worth it. Being of Finnish genes, I grew up with my Mom's homemade yogurt. It's especially good with raspberries...

I eat FF Yoplait. 110 calories and 6g protein. Love the FF vanilla in smoothies and Love the ff boston cream pie...

I just bought 2 boxes of blue yoplait (starting Nutrisystem today) and I noticed it had 5g protein instead of 7g.

Can I still use it or should I feed it to my family and go greek instead?..

You could eat it and then later on have a protein serving that has a lot more protein in it to make up the difference...

The dannon greek yogurts I LOVE. The vanilla one is delicious, but steer clear of the plain, it's kinda sour >.<..

I was hoping that was the case, dmw66. thx..

My favorite is Dannon Light n Fit. I love yogurt and ate this before I started Nutrisystem. It comes in vanilla; I think that's the only flavor though...

It comes in a lot of flavors. I often use this brand. They have blueberry, strawberry, peach, etc...

The yogurt I eat has 70 cal for 6 oz and only 6 g of protein. So I add a Tbsp or two of either Dannon NF plain or plain NF Greek yogurt. Both additions up the protein values w/o adding too many calories. When I choose a yogurt with more calories per 6 oz, I will use half of that yogurt and use my additions to make it work for NS. Just a suggestion to try...

The Chobani Greek yogurt plain makes a wonderful substitute for sour cream. I actually like the non-sweetness of it...
