Good question... I dunno what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an decent answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could help you..
I'm leaning more towards the get between 180 and 190 and then just make sure I'm toning and building the muscle up..
I hit the 50 lbs mark beginning of January. Then it got slow to loose the weight but that's mostly due to my workout change and transiting from Christmas eating to normal eating..
Keep at it , as the weight will continue to fall off!!..
Great job, man!.
I hear ya on the goal; at my heaviest I was 237, 225 when I started NS..I set my goal at 185, and when I hit that, it was obvious I had a lot more to lose. So I got to 180...and kept going. I got to my 21-year-old "fighting weight" of 165 at the age of 41..
You can do it, brother!..
Weight to go JT. I am still considering what I want to do. These last 2 pounds sare a Mother F#*&er..
I originally set my goal for 185 but I will still be considered over weight with a BMI of 25.1 so I am probably going to go a little lower 175ish and come back to 180 by working out...
When I started I set my goal at 220 and blew right past it. Adjust to 190 and was as low as 184 (which I maintained for 15 months)..
Shooting for 190 but expect to go down to 185...
Congrats on the 50. Big milestone. As for adjusting your goal you'll know when you're there. Im no longer worried about the number, I just use the mirror eyeball test. My mirror is telling me I still have a way to go...
Yup. Same here. Started at 233, with a goal of 197. Got there and said nope, set it for 183. Feel great at 172 now. If I lost a couple more I'd prob even be fine..
As posted above, you'll know it when you get there. Great job, man.....
Fantastic job, JT!! Good plan going forward too. As many have posted, we've all had to reevaluate our goals when we get there. I was amazed and quite surprised to find mid 180's and 32" pants. Felt good. I've gotta find 'em again. LOL..
