Question I have... What is the song in the Dukan Diet coke commerical that says...? Many thanks for any response. Another question I got... An Apple Pie... I bought this new "No Sugar Added" Apple Pie filling that another poster mentioned and of course I am going to take the yummy easy way out tomorrow and have it with a toasted apple scone and some fage on top but I would love to know if anyone has figured out an apple pie type recipe.... the crust of course is all I need....

Best part is... I can have two 1/3 cups hehe I can't add a 1/3 and 1/3 I'm a bit retarded hehe.... but that seems like alot to me... 35 calories to each 1/3 cup so it comes to exactly 70 calories... which is a fruit serving....

Ok so anyway HELP!.... o yeah and I kinda want a single serve recipe... THANKS..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could help you..

Try Tenderflake (or another brand) tart shells. They are frozen so take one as needed..

These would be low in protein unless you mixed some Any Whey into the pie filling before baking..

I grind up some bran flakes - add a few squirks of butter spray, some any whey and press into a small ramkin. I then make a filling with fresh apple slices, splenda, cinnamon and vanilla but the canned pie filling would work too. Bake for about 20-25 min @ 425. Works for me!..

I'm not very creative when it comes to food, but I love apple pie so I gave this one some thought. There is probably a way to use the pancake mix to make a crust, although having never made a pie, I don't know how to make crust..

I just had a brainstorm! How about taking the apple scone, dampening it with a few drops of water and roll it out to make it crust-like. Put that in the bottom of a dish, add the canned apple pie filling (with added cinnamon) and nuke it on low power until slightly warmed. Add a little ff cool whip and pretend it's warm apple pie. You could also do it with the chocolate chip scone for a chocolate chip crusted apple pie (is there such a thing?).

If you like your apple pie with raisins, use just 1/2 the amount of pie filling and add a tbsp of raisins before you nuke it...

I think you need a hammer or mallet to flatten the scones! otherwise you will get plenty of exercise with the rolling pin..

I'm sure christina has a recipe for pie crust. I checked quickly and she has some cobbler recipes - that may be an option. you can probably do something with graham crackers too...

Yeah I am definatly going to eat it with the apple scone seems only right but I was home this morning so I had pancakes I like to eat the easy stuff at work so anywho I will try the scone thing minus the flattening I will just cut it in thin slices.... ugh I AM LATE FOR WORK HAVEN'T SHOWERED YET WHAT AM I DOING ON HERE I WILL COME BACK HERE TO FIGURE OUT IDEAS LATER LOL..

For how to do the crust, and then add 1/2 cup NSA apple pie filling (the dietician recommends 1/2 cup rather than 2/3, because there is no fiber in it, and fiber is part of the reason to eat fruit), and top with vanilla yogurt for a complete breakfast!..

Yup, they have the same stats with the brand I use, which is Comstock, and I'm pretty sure other brands would be the same or close!..

Yeah I got the comstock too... I had some of the apple this morning and I didn't do anything to it just had it alongside my pancakes at room temp I think it would be alot better heated with more cinnamon... and maybe some splenda..

Hehehe me too... 1/4 and 1/2 are the only ones I get... I was thinking it was 2/3 but then I was like wait aren't you supposed to add the bottom numbers too then I was like eh IDK never mind I give up... hehehe..
