Quick question... What is the relationship between exercise, Dukan Diet, and bone density? Hoping for any answer or 2. Another question... Does anyone have any idea of what vegetables to eat with the Chili with Beans? Nothing sounds appealing to me. I tried a garden salad but it just doesn't work for me...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

I always dump my chili on top of a big salad and sprinkle fat free cheese and add some sour cream or a little fat free ranch. Makes a sort of taco salad. Love it that way..

Add a serving size of Ro'tel w/ green chiles, a big of red chili powder, garlic powder, and cracked pepper and simmer on the stove. Top w/ FF sour cream...

I add tomatoes to mine or make taco salad...

I add canned diced tomatoes and 1/3 cup of chili beans (I know it doesn't say to add a carb to the entree, but vegetarian chili has far fewer calories than the veggie fajita, and the fajitas say to add a carb)...

I heat the chili and then add fresh diced tomatoe, green bell pepper raw (the fresh veggies freshen up the taste) a sprinkle of ground cumin...and top with a dollup of ff sour cream (free food). Much Yummier!..

I add 2 proteins-worth of "Go-Lean" sausage-style soy protein.

A few diced mushrooms.

Sliced pepper.

And sometimes a small diced tomato.

Fry it up in a non-stick pan with non-stick fat-free spray.

Then dump in the veggie chili after the fresh vegetables are nicely browned.

You can even add 1/4 cup of water once it's all really hot, then mix it up in the pan, dump it into a big bowl, top with a Tbsp of FAT FREE sour cream ('free food') and enjoy with a huge glass of water!.

Yum!..

I like to bulk up the chili by adding 1 cup of raw diced green bell peppers, somce garlic, chopped onion, and 1/2 cup of diced tomato (and a little bit of water). If I'm feeling spicy, I'll also add in 1/2 minced jalapeno pepper. I'll usually save a dairy from earlier in the day (even though we're not really supposed to do this) to have some low fat grated cheddar cheese on top with a dollup of ff sour cream. I also like to add in some fresh chopped cilantro and fresh squeezed lime juice to brighten up the dish. It's really delicious and extremely filling....makes a HUGE bowl...

Wow! Thanks for all the good ideas. Can't wait to try them. I have 6 of the Chili's that I have been saving because I did not know what else to eat with them. Now I can enjoy!..

I make Chillis dogs....I save a protein from my lunch (the FF turkey hotdogs) and the carb I get (over 100 lbs to lose) and ladle the chili on top for dinner, add a squirt of mustard and a sprinkle of FF cheese and I've got myself a tasty but Dukan Diet friendly meal!..

This is what I do...red peppers and onions...and some chli powder...

Ooh, I'm going to have to try that tonight. That sounds good..

I usually use half a protein in the form of one fat free hot dog grilled on my George Foreman and then half a protein in the form of shredded cheese and dump that on top of the chili. It tastes like a coney island minus the bun...

I just cut up a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese and mix it in the chili, but this sounds really good. I'm going to try it, thanks..

I also heard that if you have a macaroni and cheese and a chili - you mix the two and have it for two days' worth of chili mac...

I poured it over my salad this weekend a made a taco salad. It really tasted good...

My add ins for chili are: peppers (various), tomatoes, corn, crumbled ground turkey, onions, garlic, green onions & FF sour cream, cheese (FF-shredded), zucchini (? I don't know if my spelling is correct or not here), some people add relishes and squash...whatever your preferences are in taste!..

My current feelings: angry with myself for not reading the manual first to warn myself of the lapse that was about to take place two weeks ago....makes me disgusted with myself...

So, I've been reading the manual (mindset makeover) and I'm on week 3 but I actually read ahead today, and thank GOD that I did! Ok so what three specific things disrupt your plans to increase your activity?.

Here are mine: 1. too much to do at home (chores, etc.), 2. No one will go with me (this is a lame excuse), 3. the exercise club is too crowded & I don't like others staring at me (or least I think they are even if they aren't because most of the time I am the most overweight person there with an extra large caboose, LOL)..

I liked the previous post so much, I am going to start a new thread: "Name three excuses for not exercising"..
