That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Verisign as they probably know..
I did all that and it seems like there is stuff still missing. I did step into this job in the middle as a replacement...
All of the admin files. They are there but when I go to log in I get errors.
The requested URL /ladybugDIR_WS_ADMINlogin.php was not found on this server..
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request..
I'm not entirly sure that I got all of the needed files from the old designer. Can I run an upgrade on the Verisign site and see if that works?..
Its possible to do so but if any contributions have been added you need be wary that they might not work properly..
I just noticed that. I guess it will be a fresh rebuild from the ground up...
Can you not get in touch with the last dev to get the files?..
The admin/includes/config.php file is messed up having issues resolving that..

I have a problem. My client want's to move their OS Commerce Verisign site from one Verisign domain to another. A lot of custom HTML has been done on the current site. Is there an easy way to do this? Is it even possible?..
Back up the database.
Download the whole sit to you desktop.
Create on the new host a new database and assign it the same credentials as the original one.
Upload the Verisign site to it's new location..
Use phpmyadmin to upload the database again..
You may need to edit your configure files with any updates like user name for the domain.
