First question I got is What is the point value of coffee on Nutrisystem? Looking forward for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. Today is day # 2. I feel like I'm eating all the time. Or thinking about food if I'm not actually eating it! I was not so fixated before I started this. Im worried I may actually gain weight doing this...

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably know..

Luvnaps - I just started week 4 and I am still feeling overwhelmed with eating so often. I have my own office and no one notices at work. I don't know what I will do at my next job or what others do. I didn't think I would lose either, but I lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks...

Congratulations! 9 LBs is great! I know I just started this, so it will take time to adjust. I read some other posts and am a little concerned that some people are struggling- stating they've followed the plan strictly and aren't losing the weight..

I have a very high stress/demanding job which is a contributing factor to my having gained weight. What Im finding though, it's sooo important for me to pack my meals for work the night before. I eat wherever I can, as I dont have an office. My coworkers are supportive-probably because we all share in the stress level! I think that if we make our health a priority, we'll find support in the constant grazing! lol..

I find that eating so often keeps me from going off plan! If I only had 3 small meals, I would be in the cupboards all the time!..

Hi Pam~ Thanks so much for your response. I appreciate all the advice, especially since you've been so successful yourself! I know I need to relax and give this a chance, since I just started. I was at the Drs yesterday & gained 4 LBS from tues. But even still...i'm going to try & be positive, follow the plan & hope i'm successful! Thx for the encouragement.

Did you weigh on a different scale? It could be the 4 lbs is actually just a difference between scales. I recently changed from a standard scale to a digital scale and had a 5 lb difference between them. Be sure to use the same scale at the same time every time wearing about the same amount of clothes (or lack thereof). I weigh on tuesday mornings just before my shower (so I'm nekid)...

My weight is always a few pounds more at the doctors office because it is later in the day and I am fully clothed...

I've lost 20 lbs eating all the time. Yesterday, my golf partner was amazed at how much and how often I was eating during our four hours on the golf course. It works ... trust it!..
