It's just a tad low on fat. I could make up for it with some PB2 tho..
You don't have to max the fat, Spring. 3g or LESS. I go for 0g most often. I definitely wouldn't ADD fat to make up for something under 3g on the protein!..
Ohhhhh! That's cool. Yeah, the protein on it is 14g, and the fat is only 1g..
Any other little tidbits like that that you can share? I'd like to be able to skimp on fat in places and use a tad of either low fat or FF (if I can find it) cheese on top of an omelet at times. I definitely am trying to just be creative. This is a life long thing for me, so I want to never get bored!..
I may get in trouble with the PB2. I just stuck my finger in just the powder to taste it. OMG! Definitely like candy..
Never ate beef jerky but am now trying brands...first had 680g sodium, then found one with 480g , now bought one with 280g sodium, 60 calories, .5g fat and 14g protein for a one ounce serving which they say is about 6 pieces. Havent tried it yet but sounds like something would work well on long drive or when away on vacation...
Is turkey bacon off-limits, or does it fall under the general 'turkey' category? Thanks...
I love the Aria Womens Protein Powder. I had another thread started about it. LOVE IT. I add to my milk in the mornings. Just love it... I can't say enough about it..
