I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably can help you..
Ask em to warm up one of your ravioli red sauce entree thingies...
That is a good restaurant. I haven't been there in a few years though. Pretty close to me..
Shrimp cocktail or salad (not caesar) with dressing on the side (dip the tines of your fork in the dressing instead of pouring it on). For the main, broiled flounder, broiled scallops, broiled chicken, broiled lobster or filet mignon all would work. Ask for vegetables instead of potato (if they have a plain baked potato, you can have a small serving as your carb). You can ask if they have whole grain pasta (I didn't see it on the menu, but many restaurants offer it now) and have a small serving for your carb instead of the potato. Go easy on the bread (as a guy you get 2 carb servings - the one that is in the Nutrisystem dinner and the one you add)..
What time should I be there?..
It's January 4th ... Your customer may be in the same boat as you with a New Years weight loss resolution. Salad to start (if you do that fork tine dip mentioned above you deserve to lose the sale). Order broiled or grilled, fish or chicken and vegetables. Skip the bread in an italian joint. Talk a lot and drink your water. Let us know how it goes...
Had the octopus salad for an app and the tuna steak with wasabi soy sauce and spinach..
No bread and had 1 small biscotti with my coffee..
Drank a whole bottle of pellegrino..
Any idea on how many calories consumed?..
