That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..
Sugar free pie filling I will have to look into that... do they have all different flavors? cherry, blueberry, strawberry?..
I have only seen sugar free cherry and apple pie filling. I love the cherry pie filling on a brownie - watch your serving size and read the label on the can..
I usually try to dip out just the cherries..
Last summer my neighbor had a bumper crop of pie cherries, so I froze a bunch of them. I microwave them with splenda and almond extract - tastes really good in FF plain yogurt..
Oooo good idea mmm can't wait for yogurt and strawberries later =-)..
Actually, with the sugar-free cherry pie & apple pie fillings I've seen (Comstock and Steel's), you can have 1/2 cup for a fruit serving! Even that is still less than 60 calories, which is the serving size for a fruit serving. Best not to do it too often because there is no fiber in it, but certainly just as good as drinking juice for your fruit serving!..
Yeah I need a little more variation on my fruit servings that'll do it.....
I buy the T. Marzetti Sugar Free Glaze for strawberries. Got mine at Walmart with the strawberries. It is the red goo to mix with berries. Makes a great pie. 3 TB has only 10 cal.
Would be very good on pancakes also and the new yellow cake. I am having that tomorrow. Enjoy..
Judy is right. I did not have a can on hand and was only going from a poor memory on how much to use. 1/2 is even better...
Awesome thank you all so much... this Dukan Diet gets yummier every day!..
