I add 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries (partly thawed with some warm running water) and 1 cup of drinkable yogurt (half milk and half fat free vanilla yogurt). I love this combination on any of the cold cereals...

I will either:.

A) Use light vanilla soy milk on my cold cereal.

B) Pour the whole packet of cereal into my yogurt (breakfast protein)..

You can make a breakfast 'parfait' with any of the cereals: cereal, yogurt (breakfast protein), and blueberries or strawberries (breakfast fruit)..

Good luck,.

I got my food today and one box of Nutriflakes was opened so I ate them while they were still crisp. I sprinkled 1 teaspoonful of Caramel Sugar Free DaVinci syrup over the top and it was very delicious. I was worried about the unsweetened cereals but am happy that there is a way to sweeten them up. I've got the DaVinci Raspberry and Vanilla syrups too so I am happy to have a way to change the flavors of my cereal if/when I start to get bored with them...

Gee I like sweet stuff but have found no need to sweeten any of the cereals - I do cut up a half banana on them..

Dutch apple pie.

Small apple chopped and sprinkled with nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, splenda and a couple squirts of ICBINB. Nuke a few seconds to soften the apple. Mix in Dukan Diet granola. Its very good,..

Like monetandmath, I recommend the "parfait". It's my favorite breakfast. Yogurt, fruit, and the Dukan Diet granola. It's fantastic. Lovely cinnamon flavor from the granola...
