First question I got is What is the best Dukan Diet pill for women? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Another question I got... Hi everyone, new here and LOVE chicken. However the chicken breasts are kinda boring by themselves. The other night I stir fried mushrooms, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots with it , it was pretty good but need more suggestions............

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an good answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could answer your Dukan Diet question..

I used a blackening seasoning and put the chicken on a grill and grilled it outsides with some chicken tenders using the same seasoning. It was very good,...

Shredded with hot sauce does sound good, just something to give it a kick huh. I'm in Ohio and it is too cold still for me to even approach the grill yet, but thanks..

I am boring I just warm mine in my toaster oven then I put it on an arnolds sandwhich thin with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo and if I have a saved protein I also add a slab or 2 of turkey bacon... ITS JUST LIKE MCDONALDS!..

I baste mine with a bit of Walden farms calorie-free honey dijon dressing and grill it in the George Foreman grill..

The chicken and the burger are the most versitile dinners! For the chicken you can slice it up and sautee it with some pepper and onion strips and make a fajitia out of it. Cut it into bite size pieces and toss it with a serving of Fiber Gourmet pasta and some alfredo sauce for a yummy dish. Make a stir fry with it, a chicken pot pie, chicken parmesan, the sandwiches already mentioned. The options are really endless!!..

I posted this a while back but thought it may help you. I really enjoyed this dish..

This is like a stir fry. I sprayed a non-stick frying pan with olive oil pam spray and combined the following:.

1 c Broccoli florets, 1 c bell pepper in strips, 1/4 c coarsely chopped onion, 1tsp light margarine; 1 Dukan Diet chicken breast rinsed off and cubed in 1 inches; Mrs dash to taste..

Just toss around pan med-high for about 8 minutes until the chicken gets a little seared on the edges and veggies start to soften. I like the veggies a little crunchy. I wanted to add a little low sodium soy but was out. Maybe next time!.

P.S. I always rinse off the chicken first. I have since tried it with soy & served over a little rice and it was wonderful!..

I make chicken quesadillas with it. The recipe is from the Dukan Diet recipe club..

I also make a bbq chicken wrap...

My favorite thing to do with the chicken patty is to slice it into 2 thin patties, dip in buttermilk and cover with bread crumbs made in the food processor from an 80 calorie bun. I have crumbs left over so I coat some zucchini, onion slices, or mushrooms with the remainder, spray everything with butter pam, and bake all in the oven until veggies are done. This gives me a "fried" food fix...

I don't know if it's the same as the regular chicken breast patty, but I bought some nourish basil chicken breast with tomato sauce at big lots yesterday. I took it out of the sauce and had just the patty, so I counted as just the chicken breast patty. I cut it up into small pieces and made it with 1/2 cup brown rice (80 cals - low GI carb), and 1/2 cup fire roasted veggies w/ balsamic butter sauce from Trader Joe's (70 cals - veggie + fat). I figured if it is the same patty (160 cals) then the way I had it should be about right to count as an entree + 1 veg + 1 fat (310 calories, maybe slightly higher because I cooked it in the sauce before taking it out). It was really good..

Where are you all getting turkey bacon? The only ones I've found still have a lot of fat and very little protein...

So far besides sandwiches, we've shredded it and mixed with BBQ sauce. I'm about to make enchiladas. I'm definitely gonna try the recipe above with the bread crumbs...

Got it at Sams Club the first time then they said they don't always have it so I started getting it at Shoprite... Its AWESOME!..
