Fettucine Alfredo Casserole with Feta Cheese (w/pic).
I made this today, thanks to our gorgeous friend Loredana who turned me on to the Trader Joe's Fat Free Feta. Yum..
1) Saute Veggies in Pam. I always use the same thing...Peppers, Onions, Mushroom, Garlic and Zucchini..
2) Add boiling water to Dukan Diet Fettucine Alfredo entree and then immediately transfer to pan with Veggies. Simmer until the noodles are not quite fully cooked, as they will continue to cook in the oven. You may need to add a little bit extra water to make up for the added veggies..
3) Add 1/3 Cup Lifeline Fat Free Mozzarella (40 Calories, 0 Fat), 1 Ounce Trader Joe's Fat Free Feta (35 Calories, 0 Fat), 1 TBSP. Fat Free Sour Cream (15 Calories, 0 Fat). Stir together and put in baking dish. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of Low Fat Parmesan (10 Calories, 0.5 Gr. Fat) on top..
4) Bake at 350 for @ 30 minutes. Then place under broiler for 5 minutes, or until top is brown and bubbly. Cool for 5-10 minutes to "set.".
Counts as 1 Dukan Diet Entree, Veggies instead of Salad and 1 Protein/Dairy. The total stats for the Protein are: 100 Calories, 0.5 Gr. Fat. Enjoy!..

A followup question: where do you find FF mozarella?..
I find Lifeline at Vons (Safeway) & Ralphs (Kroger) and I find FF shredded mozzarella at Albertsons. Good luck!..
This recipe is from LisaRae!! I made it and here is a photo of my lunch that I posted a while ago!!.
NS Fettuccini Alfredo - lunch entree.
3 oz tuna in water, drained (shrimp or crab meat would be good too) - 1 protein.
2 small summer squash, chopped into little cubes (or asparagus, broccoli, green beans or other vegetable, or combination of veggies) - 1-2 veggies, your choice.
2 Tbsp FF sour cream - 20 calories for free food, 40 calories if you use low fat.
Salt to enhance flavor.
Optional: Dukan Diet White Cheddar Soy Chips - 1 protein if you have an extra.
Other addins: green chili if you like to spice it up a bit.
Grease small casserole dish with ICBINB..
Mix fettuccini as directed on the thick side with a bit less water let stand 10 minutes add 2 Tbsp FF sour cream mix together ... add in tuna ... mix together.
While waiting for the fettuccini to sit, partially cook veggies in microwave (I cook on high for 4 minutes).
Mix veggies with fettuccini mixture.
Pour into dish..
Optional: crunch up soy chips up and spread over top..
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes...
