Got a question, hope someone can answer... What is miley cyrus's Dukan Diet and excersize? Many thanks for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... What can I do to jazz up green beans? I hate veggies but I can tolerate these somewhat. Thanks..

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could help you..

I put spray butter on them and garlic powder and salt. Yum...

Add balsalmic vinegar and splenda (both to taste) to the water while cooking...

Put them single layer on a baking pan, spray them w/olive oil Pam, salt & pepper them and roast them @ 400 degree oven, uncovered, til done! I got this idea on this forum! YUM!..

Spritz some ICBINB on the cooked green beans and then mix in some sliced almonds (dinner fat) and a touch of garlic salt or any of your favorite seasonings...

I mix in three cubes of Laughing Cow Cheese (3 cubes = free food) with Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb and some ICBINB spray. Yum!..

This looks good, do you use fresh, can or frozen??..

Some folks think I am crazy, but I love to take the frozen ones and sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt and then eat them frozen. They have been a favorite tv/movie snack for years...kinda like "healthy" potato chips.....

Delmonte has canned dill green beans. They are great like eating pickles. Great as a snack, as a side or in salads...

I sautee green beans in PAM, add salt (lite salt) and pepper and then 1 clove of garlic (minced)..

I like to do the same preparation of a small bell pepper and a small onion when I have a Dukan Diet chicken breast for dinner. Slice up the chicken breast into small pieces add ff sour cream and ff shredded cheese, put it in a carb friendly tortila shell and it makes a decent chicken fajita for dinner + 1 protien serving and some free food...

Saut in PAM and add some lemon juice and lemon zest...

I buy the frozen green beans and take 1 cup at a time out of the bag. I add a dab of water to the cup and cook them in the microwave for a couple of minutes..until they're cooked. Then, I use my fat serving of 1 TBSP regular salad dressing as a "garnish". I use Ceasar Ranch dressing and pour it over the green beans. It really gives the beans a new taste!..

I love to put fresh green beans in the crock pot with onion and a can of Italian or Mexican tomotoes. Mmmmm..

I like the Laughing Cow Cheese idea, but are they not 35 cal a cube ???..

No, the wedges are 35 calories each. The little cubes (they are called "cheese bites" are 35 calories for 5 of them, thus, you can have 3 of them for a free food!..

PictSweet makes a steamer bag of roasted garlic greens beans with parsely that is so good I could eat the entire bag, and I'm not a fan of green beans especially..

Someone more talented would have to take a look at this to see how to make it Dukan Diet friendly but a local restaurant here makes a wickedly good dish called Minnie Lee's green beans. It uses hoisin sauce, garlic, hot peppers, bacon, onions & green beans. The tricky part would be the hoisin sauce, I just can't think of how you'd recreate the flavor. These are so good, I've taken friends who are visiting to this restaurant & haven't met a person yet who didn't love them...

Here's the link to a green bean salad recipe I posted about a month ago. I think it would end up being two veggie servings..
