Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could give you an answer..
Here is a thread that may help....
Here is another recipe I found.
I did not have any peanut butter, but I did find some nutella.... yum!.
1. Microwaveable cake mix.
2. 1/4 tsp baking powder.
3. 1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar.
4. 1 pkg splenda.
5. 1/4 cup water.
Mix all together and then drop in a small amount of nutella, instead of peanut butter.... Microwave 1min and 15 seconds..
My very favorite! Here's a recipe that takes a little extra work, but it's so worth it....
Save 1/2 protein for this (for the milk & egg white) and 1 free food (the Splenda & Reddiwip = 11 calories), and add 2oz FF milk, 1 egg white, 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1 tbsp Splenda to the cake mix. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Top with a little FF Reddiwip..
Otherwise, I use 2oz Da Vinci syrup (depending on my mood, I'll use Peppermint Paddy or Caramel or Strawberry, but almost any flavor would be great!) instead of water, 1/2 tsp instant coffee, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa and 1 tbsp Splenda, and microwave for a minute..
I absolutely LOVE the microwavable chocolate cake!!!!!!!..
These ideas are all fantastic! I can't wait to try them. LOVE Nutella so adding even a tiny bit would be awesome, but don't think I should have that temptation in the house! LOL The coffee also sounds fabulous and I've always got that around. Thanks so much everyone!..
Where do you find the SF semi-sweet chocolate chips? I looked at the grocery store last night but no luck....
I ended up trying it with a tsp of instant coffee, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and a Splenda packet. Really good with strawberries on top! I used your suggestion and didn't cook the entire time. Much better a little gooey too!..
Microwave Chocolate Cake.
Here is what I do:.
Preheat oven to 350..
Mix cake mix with the following:.
1 TBS cocoa powder.
2 packets Splenda.
1/8 tsp each: baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
Instead of water use: 1 oz leftover coffee and 1 oz sugar free maple syrup..
(The added cocoa will make the mixture thick. You may need to add a little more coffee, syrup or both to thin it out.).
Divide mixture between 2 muffin cups sprayed with non stick spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean..
Not only does this make the cake tastier, but by dividing into 2 muffin tins, you get more to eat for the same number of calories. You can put some low fat fudge between the two cakes or marshmellow fluff...
Sounds good I'm going to have to try that tonight..
