Question I have... What is a normal Dukan Diet of a famous model like adriana lima? Thanks in advance for any comment. My other question... I had the best breakfast this morning.Pancake mi(NS Breakfast), 1/2 cup milk (piece of a protein since the pancake mix calls for 1/3 cup).6 packs of splenda added and juice from peaches(fruit), mine are packed in light juice. To the peaches I add another 2 packs of splenda and a little cinnamon. Stir peaches into batter and microwave 3 min. Spray a little I can't belive it's not butter spray on the top. This makes a bowl full and feels like I am cheating...

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably know..

It depends on your microwave. I had to microwave mine 4 minutes. I check for doneness with a toothpick..

I had peach cobbler this morning also but tried a different version using the cluster cruch cereal although any of the cereals should work. Heat up a serving of peaches in the microwave, top with cereal, a little sweetener if you like and a little bit of cinammon. This would be so good topped with a little FF whipped topping (but didn't have any available.).

Would like to try the one with the pancake mix though....didn't get any with my 1st shipment. Sure hope it comes in the next one..

Thanks for sharing! ~ Judy..

Oh my, I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow! I never liked the pancake mix and I know I have some lying around (and I have heartsmart bisquick + whey protein lying around if I don't)!..

How much peach juice? I assume 1/2c of peaches too.?..

This sounds wonderful. I cant wait to try it...

I just tried this with frozen bananas. It is really good. I've only taken one bite because it is so hot! Thanks for the recipe..

How are you counting this I don't think the light syrup fits in the program...

Oh my goodness!.

I'm eating this right now. I forgot to add the cinnamon to the peaches so sprinkled it on top. It is SOOOOO good and I'm SOOOO making this for hubby - and maybe his parents - this weekend (as soon as I figure out the equiv amount of Heartsmart Bisquick)..

I'm sure that my grandmother (who made the best cobbler in the world) is turning over in her grave - but this is darn good eats!..

Hi Joan,.

This counts as a breakfast entree ( pancake mix), fruit (1/2 cup peaches sweetened w/ Splenda and packed in light syrup) and to complete the meal; add a protein. The peaches are 50 calories per 1/2 cup and do fit into the program..

This sounds really good..let's try it!.

My son made this non Dukan Diet after he saw mine I think he used 1/3 cup bisquick where we use the Dukan Diet Pancake Mix. Didn't actually measure it out but you could if you wanted exact his turned out I believe...

I am doing this in the A.M., but I'm not going to add that much Splenda. Wow! I've never been much of a sweet tooth anyway, and I've also found that half a packet of Splenda sweetens better than two or three. Maybe that's just me....

...but this recipe sounds awesome. Thanks!..

I didn't add that much Splenda either.

1/3 c. Bisquick sounds about right. My FIL's birthday is tomorrow so maybe I'll try it out as a nice surprise dessert - I might bake it or nuke it and finish off in the oven to brown. I've got some apples I need to use up!.

Thanks again for posting this - it's given me half a dozen ideas!..

I used a frozen berry mix for this - defrosted in the microwave, added the juice, 3 packages of Splenda altogether. It was quite good!..

I am making this as we speack. I cant wait to eat it...

What is the actual recipe for this? I want to try it...

The recipe is at the beginning of this thread. The first post is using Dukan Diet Pancake mix and then a couple posts down, there is one using Cluster Crunch Cereal...

I made this for breakfast this morning. So good! I used less Splenda, added a little baking powder, and baked it in the toaster oven. I have a problem "bakng" in the microwave. Anyway it turned out nice and soft and spongy, and was quite filling. I loved it with the peaches. Next time I think I'll try it with banana and egg beaters (protein) in the mix, to complete the breakfast. Thanks for sharing this!..

I agree. I think too much art. sweetener is bitter...

I made this last night and just had it this morning warmed up. YUM! Thanks for the recipe! I think next time I'm going to bake it in the oven. When it came out of the micro, it looked so pale so I stuck it in the oven for about 5 minutes to brown the crust a little. But it was SO good! I couldn't believe how much it made. I have to look for a tupperware container big enough to hold it all so I can bring it to work to eat there, lol...

I tried this recipe with blueberries using the blueberry pan cake mix. I made it last night and warmed it this morning for breakfast, it was delish and very filling...

I'm also not sure it would require so much Splenda, especially since Splenda is actually 4 cal/packet. But it does sound good. Not on Dukan Diet anymore, but I may try it with Bisquick tomorrow for a quick breakfast before my Sat class...

I tried this again this morning but with the new pancake mix, so if the new pancake mix calls for 1/4 c of milk instead of a 1/3, how much more milk to add? sorry I am bad at math. LOL..
