I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could answer your Dukan Diet question..

I put a tablespoon of parm cheese in, 1/2 of my protein, and some splenda to taste. It makes the sauce much less acidic and tastes much better that way. Still, not my most favorite, but not bad..

Do a search for the tortellini & I'm sure some other suggestions will come up...

I love the tortellini, I take my dairy serving as a string cheese and put it in the container to cook, makes it alot cheesier and really yummy!..

I've made soup out of mine alot. I just rince off the tomato sauce and add in some chicken broth. Sometimes I add some veggies, sometimes I don't. It's a nice change from so many "tomato sauce" entrees!..

I bake it in a small ramekin, topped with a protein/dairy serving of parmesan cheese. It would be good to add some cooked spinach to it too...

I've made the soup from Post #6 above and it is delicious. I highly recommend it. If you put a bit of extra liquid in it and allow to cook down , it makes it very rich and tasty. For seasoning, I use about a pinch of Adobo. Forgot to mention that I make it in a small saucepan on the stove top...

I filled a bowl with raw spinach and poured the tortellini on top. Added a little water to get all the sauce out of the cup and nuked for 1 1/2 min. Yum!.

Tastes sure are different. The only thing I do to it is to add red pepper flakes to make the sauce spicy. I love the saucy canned lunches. What taste blah to me are the ones you have to add water to like the broccoli and cheese pasta..

I love my string cheese for snack so I can't spare it ;-)..

I saut onions, mushrooms, zucchini & 1/4 of a can if Italian diced tomatoes, also add veggie crumbles as my protein. Sprinkle a pinch of splenda & some Italian seasoning. Its not my absolute fav, but this helps it A LOT! good luck!..

I like it as-is as well. It's my lunch 3rd favorite behind the chicken caccitore and the beef and pasta...

I had it this afternoon for the first time...didn't mind it at all...

I add hot pepper flakes and a wedge of laughing cow cheese...

I didn't like the cheese tortellini as is either, but it makes a great soup, now it's one of my favorite lunches..

I take 12-16oz beef broth, 1/4-1/2 small onion chopped, 2-3 cloves garlic minced, saute onions & garlic in broth until tender. Add remaining broth, 1 Tbls Ragu Pizza Sauce, 1-2 Tbls finely chopped frozen spinach, and heated cheese tortellini. Pour in soup bowl, micowave until hot, sprinkle with parmesean cheese...
