First question I have is What is a good Dukan Diet to get rid of the love handles? Many thanks for any answer. My other question... This is like a stir fry. I sprayed a non-stick frying pan with olive oil pam spray and combined the following:.

1 c Broccoli florets, 1 c bell pepper in strips, 1/4 c coarsely chopped onion, 1tsp light margarine; 1 Dukan Diet chicken breast rinsed off and cubed in 1 inches; Mrs dash to taste..

Just toss around pan med-high for about 8 minutes until the chicken gets a little seared on the edges and veggies start to soften. I like the veggies a little crunchy. I wanted to add a little low sodium soy but was out. Maybe next time!..

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..

The old old Chicken Breast I hated and ended up throwing it out. (After choking one down!) But I haven't tried the Grilled Chicken Breast yet. Which one did you use?..

I used the old one. I haven't gotten the grilled one yet either. The taste is much better when you get it seared on the edges and the seasonings help. I can't wait to try it with a little soy and put it over a little rice. Oh, and I always rinse it off and try not to smell the packaging...

This wasn't one of my favorite entrees at first either. But instead of using a whole wheat roll, I use a whole wheat tortilla. Then cut up the chicken and add lettuce, salsa, ff sour cream, hot sauce and/or jalepenos. Makes a tasty little burrito!!..

Excellent idea. I am going to try that tomorrow night..

It wasn't bad fried up and on a bun, but reminded me of the canned chicken mushed together into a patty. And I'm not sure what all the brown stuff on the outside of it is, but good idea rinsing it off...

Definitely try the Grilled Chicken. It is WAAAAAAAY better than the Chicken Patty, IMHO...

I agree, I just had the grilled chicken breast last night and it's way different and way better than the old regular chicken breast patty...

I felt the need to revive my old suggestions for the chicken breast (old one):.

5. use it as a doorstop.

4. use it as a hockey puck (though the blueberry muffins may be better suited for this).

3. feed it to the dog (nothing against dogs, but some are less discriminating).

2. serve it to people you don't like.

1. wrap it in xmas paper, put a label on it and call it fruitcake..

Is the new chicken breast the same size as the old one? It appears when you look on the nutrition info that the new one has less calories & fat. The new one also looks like it doesn't have as much additives. Which could also explain the taste issue with the old one...
