Got a question... What is a good Dukan Diet to drop 45-70 lbs. quickly? (Without starving)? Looking forward for any comment. Another quick question... Hi, This is my first question, I've only been on Dukan Diet since July 5th 1008 and I have lost 22 pounds. It seems like it's going slow, I am sticking to it and working out every single day.

I'm sure my age of 51 has something to do with my slow weight loss. Anyway....

Does anyone have a recipe or way to enhance the chocolate-chocolate chip pudding recipe? It's okay, but could use a flavor boost... Thanks, Cyndi Arno..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I bump into an anything. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could help you..

Hi, I had the pudding last night, I added a splash of Davinci SF rasberry syrup, put in the fridge for an hour, then cut up 1/2 banana & mixed it in. Loved it!..

I turn the chocolate pudding into ice cream! I mix it up with the 1/2 cup of water according to the directions and then when it's mixed up really good, I add 2 tbsp of FF cool whip (free food), which turns it into a mousse consistency. Then I put it in the freezer overnight. The next night at dinner/dessert time, it's frozen like chocolate ice cream. Requires a bit of planning ahead, but it's worth the effort..

One of my favorite chocolate desserts!..

I have done the Ice Cream also and have seen recipes on this board for using the N.S. Cocoa mix to make Ice Cream and frappes. I am going to do that with my cocoa mix. I find it does not completely dissolve even using boiling water or hot milk. I found in the supermarket today Swiss Miss Brand Hot cocoa mix that is labeled "Sensible Sweets" "diet 25 calories. So I will try it tonight...

I save half a protein and use FF milk rather than water, and save a fruit as well. Mix the pudding with the milk, add in a tbsp Cool Whip Free and a little Splenda. Then blend in half a banana or a serving of sliced strawberries. The important thing with the pudding, whether you use milk or water or Da Vinci syrup (I sometimes use 2 oz water & 2 oz Da Vinci White Chocolate syrup if I don't have any protein left), is to make sure you refrigerate it for a little while. Don't just mix it up and eat it immediately. However, if you don't have the time to let it sit in the fridge, you can also blend it up as a smoothie!..

I just add some cinnamon and Lf Redi Whip and love it..

On the day I choose to have CC pudding, I will eat a Dukan Diet cereal and use yogurt on my Dukan Diet cereal or granola as the full protein, leaving the milk portion allowed for later in the day..

I will use the milk portion on my cc pudding. And a save strawberry fruit from snack. And a free food of FF coolwhip..

It's my all time favorite dessert. And extremely filling. I love it. That's when I splurge twice a month...

I save half of my fruit (raspberries) from breakfast and put it in the pudding mix when I chill it...

I buy sugar free jello brand andd make it myself...

I add one packet of either Chocolate or Chocolate Malt Moo Magic to the pudding before I chill it. Adds a bit of extra umph! I haven't tried mixing the FF Cool Whip in the pudding (maybe tonight) - The only desserts I order anymore are the pudding, nutrichocolates and "snickers" bar...

I replace 1/2 of the water with DaVinci "Kahula" syrup - YUM! Have also added in the FF cool whip, but didn't think of making it into ice cream. I'm gonna try that tonite! (including the kahula syrup)..

That sounds like a great idea! I don't have the kaluha, but I think I'll try it w/ the hazelnut syrup...

I save a fat and a dairy. Mix the pudding as directed and add 1 tsp peanut butter (fat) and 1 carton of Yoplait Light,Thick, & Creamy yogurt (dairy). Mix thoroughly and put in freezer for 30-45 minutes. Yum...

I love it as is.......and I usually put it over sliced bananas, top with PB2 and a dab of Dukan Diet Reddi Whip...

The s/f jello brand doesn't have enough protein in it to equal a Dukan Diet dessert...

I mixed mine in the bullet with rasberry davinci syrup, cool whip and ice. Yummy!..

I like the Pudding but found something even better:.

Tofu Choclate pudding:.

14 oz of tofu in blender with 2 ripe bananas(counts as a fruit), 5 rounded tbls of pure coco, 2/3 cup of splenda, 4 to 5 tbls of vanilla soy low fat milk. Puree in blender and seperate into 5 oz portions. Each portion contains about 1/2 of a banana, no other carb's and only protien from the tofu. Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Keeps well. Can count as a Protein...
