I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could answer your Dukan Diet question..
I would take some nice looking tall glasses and put layers of sugar free jello, fresh strawberries and FF cool whip...like the jello commercials show. You could even do it with pudding...
I'm with Tracy on that idea..plus take a shredder and shave some of the chocolate on top of the cool whip.....
I made the "ooey gooey cake" back in the early Fall when I had a party to attend. No one knew it was "diet" food and I never told anyone I was on NS...they all loved it! I keep trying to find the thread/recipe and can't find it. Someone turned the fullsized cake into a single serving cake and I can't find that one either. Sorry I'm not much help!!..
Is this the one?.

This is my version of Paula Deen's Gooey Butter cakes. Boy did it take me forever to get this one to where I was happy with it! I hope you'll like it too!!.
Gooey Skinny Cake.
2 1/2 tbsp Reduced Sugar yellow cake mix (with Splenda).
1 tsp ff mayo.
1 tsp egg beaters.
1 tbsp ff cream cheese (softened).
1 tbsp LF ricotta.
2 tbsp Splenda.
1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
1 tsp egg beaters.
10 sprays of butter spray.
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 7oz casserole well with cooking spray. Mix the first 3 ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. (It will come together!) Pour it into the bottom of the baking dish and spread it to cover the bottom of the dish. Mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl well and pour on top of the other mixture. Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool completely before eating..
Serves 1 @ about 133 cals and 6.5g protein..
Yes!! you found it! This is the one serving size now that I see the name I found the full serving size (.
). If you make it, you can see that 2 TBSP or 1 ounce of butter spray can be used (rather than counting out 125 sprays!)..
I make these. I make 24 not 36 so the calorie count is a little higher. I freeze the ones I don't use. It may not fit completely into Dukan Diet guidelines but it is low calorie. When sliced in half and topped with strawberries and Cool whip it makes for a beautiful presentation. Easy too! Just an option....
1 box Betty Crocker Angel Food Mix.
Heat oven to 375 F. Place paper baking cups in 36 muffin cups..
Mix cake batter as directed. Fill cups 3/4 full. Refrigerate remaining batter while cupcakes are baking. (I make 24 and have them all baking at the same time).
Bake 12-20 minutes or until golden brown and cracks feel dry; (20 minutes works in my oven) Cool..
