First question I have is What is a Dukan Diet and excersise plan that truly WORKS? Hoping for any comment. Another question I got... Thought I would share this recipe for waffles using the pancake mix...This recipe makes a very light and fluffy waffle..

- Dukan Diet Pancake Mix.

- 1/3 C Skim Milk.

- 1 Egg.

- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder.

Separate the egg yolk and the egg white into two bowls..

Using a mixer, beat the egg white until is it fluffy and can hold a peak (not dry)..

Using a mixer, beat the egg yolk until thick. Add milk and blend..

Add Pancake Mix and Baking Powder and mix until well blended..

Fold in Egg white (don't over mix)..

Cook and enjoy!.

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could help you..

If only I had a waffle iron and electric mixer....

Great idea!..

I am so glad you posted this recipe. I make my family waffles every Sunday morning and I always feel "left out" when they are eating them. Now I can have my own! Thank you..

I make this same thing but without the egg. I have a $10 2-section waffle maker from WalMart and they come out perfect every time...

Looks like I gotta make another trip to Walmart. lol..

What size Waffle iron did you use? I made this recipe in one that has only 2 square waffles (the $10 one from Walmart) and I had a mess. It ran out the sides and stuck to the top. Should I have made two cookings? The batter.

Was.

Really fluffy...

My waffle maker has two pretty good size waffles, but I only put 1/2 the batter in at a time so it didn't overflow..

The batter is fluffy and does expand some as it is baking..

Thanks, I thought I might try that next time...
