Probably because you're working out. You may want to add in a protein here and there (call a counselor)..
Have something lean - turkey or tuna - something that'll stick with ya. Avoid carbs - they'll just burn up quickly. Protein'll keep you full longer - and your muscles could use alot more now that you're tearing them up...
You're coming down the home stretch, Rick! You're doing fantastic. I agree with Sean, add some protein before you're tempted to do something stoopid. That really helps with the hungries. In addition to a protein drink I take after working out, sometimes I'll add a can of tuna with mayo (fat) to my dinner. That seems to work well for me and every time I've done it, my loss rate seems to increase. Strange that.

I vote tuna, get the farm raised stuff, those wild caught tuna have a hard enough life already...
