Hi Guys - So I know your not really supposed to exfoliate while your on Murad Resurgence because your skin is so fragile. But just was wondering if anyone had any reccomendations for a good gentler type of exfoliater for my face to use every now and then. Just to get rid of the peeling/flakey skin from the Murad Resurgence being so drying?? I'm so sick of having half my face peel off (and yes I moisturize like crazy!!!)Thanks guys!..

Your question was: What exfoliator can I use while on Murad Resurgence?.

That's the exactly the same thing I did. I massaged my face with my fingertips (NOT MY FINGERNAILS, DON'T SCRATCH) and most of the flakes came right off...

Maybe you could rub VERY gently with a microfiber cloth. That has always worked well for me without irritating my skin...

Ive heard of people using those really soft baby brushes....

Yeah, this is really a bitch for me. My skin is definitely dry on my face, but I can keep it moisturized quite well. The issue comes when even though it's moisturized, the dead/dry/peeling skin will still occur and look quite terrible. It's really annoying, and I can't seem to stop it from happening. Same thing actually happens to my lips, I need to run my fingernail across them every two mornings or so to get rid of random peeling skin from them before I moisturize it up...

Out of curiosity, how often did you all exfoliate? I only ask because I had a problem exfoliating for the first time in 3 months of using Murad Resurgence.....I got red burn looking cuts on my face in little patches that wynne pointed out that I was scrubbing too hard...which makes total sense. I just dont want to over do the exfoliating now as I feel it did help my skin.......I dont think all the dry flakes help my breaking out! Thanks for the advice!Danny..
