I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could answer your Dukan Diet question..
I like 1/4 LF ricotta cheese and a tablespoon of pudding powder, 2 tbls. of cool whip. I like this made with pistachio and then mix in some pineapple. It is yummy..
Any pudding powder works. Vanilla, chocolate or cheesecake flavor with cherry pie filling on top is good...
Thanks for these! Where do I get the other recipes? like the mock rice pudding etc.?.
I've looked on the 'recipe club' but there's nothing different there than there was last Sept. when I started??..

I used to love going to TCBY and getting a frozen yogurt. For a topping, I would choose the walnuts in syrup. Yesterday, I "NSed" this treat by using the following:.
1 container of Dannon Light and Fit vanilla yogurt (protein serving).
1/4 cup Smuckers sugar-free maple syrup (20 cals - free food).
4 chopped walnut halves (fat serving).
Mix all this together and it makes a sweet treat!..
Here's the recipe thread for the rice pudding!.
How is the pudding powder justified? A free food?..
Yes, it is and so is the cool whip. Two free foods which is allowed but you should not have 3 together...
