Quick question... What company that made the Dukan Diet pill call NV from Canada? Thanks for any answer. Another question on my mind: I just tried this this evening and DH thinks it is the best thing I have made yet:.

I started with the ever-versatile Dukan Diet pancake mix and 1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt and 1/4 cup Eggbeaters (I think the credit for that combo belongs to Lynn), to which I added several packets of Splenda and a couple of tablespoons of Jello SF cheesecake pudding powder. I also added a small splash of FF coffee creamer to moisten it a little more. I put the mixture in a small loaf pan and topped with 1/3 cup of SF cherry pie filling. I baked it at 350 for 45 minutes (required extra time because of the topping). When it came out of the oven I split it with DH, and topped each half with 2 tablespoons of still-frozen FF Cool Whip. I have combined the Dukan Diet pancake mix with several different flavors of SF pudding powder, and they have all made terrific cakes!..

How would you count this and how may calories. Sounds so good. I want to try this one...

I didn't really count anything - all I did was add the SF Jello pudding powder and SF cherry pie filling (neither of which has a lot of calories) to Lynn's standard pancake-mix-as-muffin/bread/cake recipe. I also split the result in half. The pancake mix is 120 cal, the yogurt was 40, the eggbeaters 30, the pie filling is 35, the pudding powder is about 40. That is 2 servings, so one serving would be about 130-140 calories. I ate it for dessert...

This sounds really good. My hubby is home on vacation so just might make this for him too, since it needs to be split in two servings...

Sounds great, Sal!!! I don't have any coffee creamer, but it sounds like maybe a little FF half & half would work just as well. I have so many pancake mixes (boy, do I love Dukan Diet pancake mix!!!) from Big Lots, and I love to see new ideas on how to use them!!!..

I wonder if Buttermilk would do ok without coffee creamer? I dont use coffee creamer of half and half. I just bought powdered Buttermilk tonight. I dont have the SF Cherry Pie filling though, darnit!..

Actually it WAS FF half & half, which I usually have on hand as we both use it in our coffee (unless the price was better on some other FF coffee creamer that week at the store). I don't keep milk on hand because we don't use it much, and if I need a significant amount of milk I use nonfat dry milk, but if I just need a small amount I'm too lazy to measure, add water etc, so just use the FF creamer...

I just used the creamer to add a little extra moisture because the batter was a bit too thick initially - I am sure any form of liquid will work without seriously affecting the outcome...

Thanks, I could probably eat this as a breakfast item and count it as a breakfast and protein right? but would it still be two servings?..

Actually, I think you would count this as breakfast, protein and fruit (maybe throw in a few more cherries)..

You probably should cut the pudding powder in half if you are going to eat it all - keep it maybe 20 calories. It will still be tasty, I'm sure...

I'm making it this morning for breakfast, we'll see how it turns out! I didnt have the couple extra cherries though. I also tried buttermilk instead of coffee creamer or half and half...
