Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably could assist you..
Not sure how much preparation or meals you are referring to - lunch I generally just nuke and have yogurt - no preparation to speak of - snack is easy - if referring to dinners & generally dont do anything but nuke them too. maybe if you explained your problem a bit more. And about "cheating"...just remember who it is you are really cheating...
I fix mine for the next day while I am fixing dinner. When I put my salad in a bowl that evening I put salad in a zip lock bowl for the next day. I keep salad dressing in my desk drawer at work. I pick out what entree I want for lunch when I get my dinner. I put my yogurt, string cheese, apple etc next to my salad for the next day in the frig. Then I can pull all out together, put in a sack or lunch box and leave the house. We have a frig and microwave at work so that is not a problem...
Same as cherry kiss, just get it ready the night before, all you have to do is grab it and go...
Same here. I also put a linen napkin in my lunch bag and the silverware. I like to use the napkin like a table cloth on my desk and it just seems to dress lunch up a little. I do dinner meal at lunch so mostly nuke, too. I throw in a string cheese for my morning snack and have an apple in the lunch bag as well..
Cheating is not an issue here as I want to lose weight and I know if I don't follow the plan I won't. I hope everyone's posts have helped you out...
I do things like make the fettucini alfredo lunch the night before, add mushrooms and tuna, and leave it in a tupperware overnight. I heat it in the micro. at work the next day. I do the same thing with things like the tortellini-make some spinach, put the tortellini over it, add a dollop of ff ricotta cheese and some ff paremesan cheese. Again, make it the night before and nuke it at lunchtime the next day..
I wouldn't do this more than a day in advance, mostly because the food might get "mushy" and foods kept fresh with the canning process only stay fresh as long as they're unopened..
Hope this helps! Good luck!..
I make five days worth of lunches in advance and they taste just fine. Since a package of Yves Veggie Ground Round is six protein/dairy servings it is easier to cook it all at once and use six lunches(alfredo or potatoes).
They get packaged into individual containers and can also be frozen...
