I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Dukan Diet as they probably can help you..
I got this from plussizenow.com and it's INCREDIBLE!.
Frozen Layered Chocolate Dessert Cup.
Submitted By: IrishGirl.
1 package NutriSystem Chocolates.
LF Peanut Butter.
FF Cool Whip.
Hershey's Baking Cocoa.
Melt the chocolates in the microwave, adding a couple of sprays of ICBINB and about 1 teaspoon of water, stirring occasionally. Spoon into the bottom of a glass custard cup. In a separate bowl, mix 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter with 1-2 teaspoons of cool whip until creamy. Spoon over chocolate. In another bowl, mix another 2 teaspoons of cool whip with about 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder. Spoon that on top and freeze the whole thing.
Add kahlua SF syrup to the chocolate whip portion or some powdered coffee for a change of taste..
Counts as 1 Dukan Diet dessert + 1 fat + about 80 "free calories"..
I melt the nutrichocolates in glass bowl. Then put 10 peanut halves in two paper muffin cups. (20 peanut halves equal 10 peanuts which equals a fat serving). Then pour melted nutrichocolates in each muffin cup and freeze for 15 minutes. It's my favorite dessert!!!..
How about Truffles - anyone have a recipe for truffles using nutrisweets?????..
Yesterday I melted the nutrichocs and added 1 tbsp of sliced almonds (fat serving) and 2 tbsp on dried berries (fruit serving)..
I put it in the fridge for 15min and voila! A delicious chocolate fruit & nut bar!.
I'd be interested in the truffles too!!..
I divided one package between two cupcake wrappers and put them in the oven in a muffin tin to melt. When they were melted I put 1tsp of reconstituted PB2 in each one and swirled it around. MMMMM I put in the frig while I had dinner and they were set around the outside and a little gooey in the middle...
I wish I had ordered those nutri chocolates... darn it! I'd make the pretzels and choco recipe! it looks so yummy. saw a pic in another thread!..
I tried the layered choc dessert - can't tell if I screwed it up - Is it a small dessert - perhaps if I put it in one of those mini candy cups..
Chunky is pretty much what someone just described - melt the choc and add chopped nuts and either raisins or dried cranberried. Chunkies was the name of a candy from us folk's childhood (50's/60's)..
