Got a quick question: What can I order from a chinese that is low on Nutrisystem points? Many thanks for any answer or 2. My other question... Ok, someone help me out here. I'm on week three and my scale has stopped dead. On day 1 of this week I gained a pound and have refused to budge all week, I'm on day 6 of the week and nada..

Please, someone tell me that this has happened to them and they stuck it through and lost weight again? Or someone else tell me this is happening to them too and they are also feeling frustrated.......

Honestly, I'm going to stick with it either way, I love this way of eating...

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Nutrisystem as they probably could give you an answer..

After a week of nothing, my scale moved this morning! I'm down .2 pounds! Thank you Jesus!..

I weigh in every morning, and since Jan 22 my weight fluctuates up and down 1.5lbs but I haven't been able to get lower then the weight on the 22nd. I am totally frustrated that I have stillstand for 3 weeks now. what can I do?..

Take measurements and before photos and don't focus on the lying scale. My scale was stuck for a month, but I was ecstatic as I lost 2" during that same time period. I would rather be smaller and weigh more than be bigger and weigh less..

The only reason I was getting on the scale was to see if I earned the next bear. He is on his way to me now .....

I've stalled over 3 weeks before it started dropping again. Sometimes the body just likes to stabilize before the loss shows on the scale...

When I changed my food around that helped me alot. I would eat the dinner for lunch and lunch for dinner. I also eat the snack earlier in the evening, like before dinner, esp when I kno I will be eating dinner late. Also, make sure you get all you water in(maybe even extra if you can) that makes a BIG difference...

I have been in the same boat for about 3 weeks. The scale hasn't budged even 0.1 pound. I attributed it to time of the month, water retention, increased exercise, all kinds of things. But when it doesn't move for that long and you are following the program, it can get discouraging, especially when you have a lot to lose. I have noticed that my clothes are looser and I do have one of those fancy-schmancy scales that measures body fat, water percentage, muscle and bone weight, etc. That part of the scale has indicated that I have lost 1% of body fat and gained 4 pounds of muscle over this period while my "weight" has stood still.

I have lost weight very quickly up to now, which I am sure frustrates people who have lost weight much more slowly, so I am not complaining about where I am right now..

The good news is that this morning, finally, there seems to be movement. I am waiting until tomorrow to see if it's really true and not just a fluke. All of us can rest assured that if we follow the program, there will come a morning when the number will go down again. It's just a matter of time, patience, and following the program..
